Great host/receptionist. Was very helpful and patient. Was always willing to help, no matter the time or the problem. Place was very comfortable, inside the room and outside. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Great restaurant within the hotel, and great pool. Looks even better in person. People in the restaurant were also very kind and always willing to help.

The stay was great, rooms were lovely and staff were polite. Except one staff who welcomed you into the hotel. Very rude and unprofessional when was asking questions and got snappy. Also told me family wasn’t allowed into the hotel, even though there’s multiple signs that says non residents welcome. However, everything else was incredible and would book here again.

The hotel was set in beautiful gardens and has two pools. One by the restaurant which was very noisy and the music was super loud. The other was more of a relax oool with a swim up bar which looked lovely but we couldn’t find sunbeds when we wanted to try it. The rooms are basic but adequate with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was plentiful but lacked decent coffee(if you are a coffee fan to be honest the coffee was awful). Even though there was a plentiful supply there was no wholemeal bread but sating that they did have fruit. Staff were very friendly which always helped. I class this hotel as a family hotel and even though it was nice I wouldn’t return because we prefer much quieter. That’s only our preference.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities - felt beyond three stars. Very nice and clean rooms with masks and handsanitizers in room. Beautiful pool area and friendly, personable staff. Location is about 10min by car from the beach up the hill.

We booked 2 bedroom suite which is clean and plenty of space. The ceiling is low because we r on the top floor so roofing comes down partially. Also there is no elevator so moving our luggage to 3rd floor is hard. Breakfast is good. It is much better than hotels independent hotels we stayed in Turkey

The hotel and facilities were amazing apart from the WiFi which kept disappearing A LOT. Overall the place is fantastic and the staff brilliant. Breakfast isn’t the best but the do pancakes and omelettes to order which nobody told us about until day 2.

Having read a lot of very good reviews about this hotel I was almost put off as couldn't believe that it would get such glowing reports from almost every person but if anything they didn't do The Pinehill justice. From young to old everybody is catered for in great detail. The service from the whole staff is exemplary with nothing every being too much trouble. Particular mention should go to Junior (the Reef Bar), Sherif (the killer pool hustler), the boys in the lounge bar 'Tommy' and 'Ninga', Sinan on reception and of course Sonny the owner. His vision for this place is fantastic and I'm sure it's all down to his persistence in the pursuit of perfection that brings it all together. Couldn't recommend it highly enough and I'm sure we will be back again!
