Xperia Saray Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

Whilst checking in at the hotel I was informed that the hotel was closing in 2 days and that I would have to find alternative accommodation. I am unsure if Hotels.com had been made aware of this but I can say that I am very unhappy with the experience as the alternative hotel was inferior to my original choice, as a Platinum Member I would have to say that I have been let down.

The room was very small and very noisy plumbing kept us awake all night!

This is 4 stars hotel but the food is not great there’s no much choices to choose I would not recommended to families with children this hotel is mostly for single or couples I stay here for 3 nights but the housekeeper did not show up at all no putting any extra toilet paper or changing the towel bit disappointed

Nice location, nice territory, meaning in such a small area they have managed to have everything...very fun animation, nice and clean rooms, for this price everything was good

This is our go too hotel when travelling up the Mediterranean coast. 4th visit and has never changed. The staff are amazing, very helpful and accomadating. Artur at the front desk has been there for over 10 years and is an asset to Xperia. Location is the best, private beach is the best beach i have been to along the coast. Dining options there is so many and the dining staff are the best. Had a Balinese massage whilst at hotel and these ladies are bettwr than any massage we had in Bali. 10/10 for this property. Recommend without hesitation. This place has it all. Thankyou Artur and Xperia Hotel for the best experience. After 17 days on the road you were the best hotel we stayed in.

The pros: right on the beach. Lots of lounge chairs. Good food options for people with no food allergies. The cons: despite having reserved an upgraded room, we only received it two days into our four day stay. Really loud music every night from the hotel’s stage, staring around 9PM and going till midnight. Also, my food allergies were not being observed. I got really sick on my second meal there despite confirming my food allergies with the staff. Many staff did not speak any English, and even though I had printed out my allergies in Turkish, no one seemed to know about them or care much.

Reserved sea view suite but when checking in they gave me only two standard room as the main office made double booking for my suite and there was no suite available.

If you like to listen loud music (mostly Turkish) all day and up to midnight then this hotel is definitely for you.

I would highly recommend Xperia hotel : the location is excellent. The food /allinclusive was very good. The cleanliness of the hotel and the pool and the territory of the hotel were excellent. It is exactly as it is in the pictures. The staff is friendly and helpful . The only inconvenience we felt was that one should HAVE FINISHED their breakfast, lunch or dinner BY the hours indicated in the hotel time table.

Nice property, good facilities, however the overall experience is just good and that is because of the staff: they didn't answer my message prior to my arrival, it was our honeymoon and I wanted to organise something special, I could see via Expedia that they read my message, check-in was awful, basic, without explaning the facilities etc, mini fridge contained 1 large bottle of water and 2 small awful juices with straws, a big joke, most of the staff couldn't speak english, but the biggest problem we had was with the attitude of some of the bar staff, no customer service at all, management is of a low level, i went to 2 of them to complain about one of the guys in the bar, they didn't apologize not even once or to say that they will take care of it, actually the next day the same staff member was even worse. Entertainment team was the best, kitchen staff was great, even dough they are back of house, they have more customer service than any other front of house member, but again sadly was anyone in that property to speak english at a conversational level. Elevator is a problem as well, just 1 elevator, and was busy all the time, posters inside are not updated. Dining area is like a canteen, cleaning staff is very noisy.

Except couple employees they don’t know how to communicate how to service it’s was really disappointed for me

My husband and I were very happy with the absolutely gorgeous sea view from our very spacious balcony! Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The location is excellent with only 10 minutes walk to the cable car for Alanya Castle, as well as Damlatas caves!

Good: Food is fresh and of great quality. Staff are friendly especially the reception who even helped me park my rental car in fornt of the hotel in some spots reserved for the hotel. Not so good: In room safe: it was weird that an hour before checking out to catch my flight , my safe could not be opened using my combination. i Already opend it many times during my stay. Be aware that Reception staff has override key to enter the room and can also open and override your combination in your safe. This is usually the job of someone else of the security staff. In US , you cant give one person both access. Elevator: Building has 6 floors with only ONE elevator.

The staff is the best asset that this hotel has. All of them worked hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant enforces the covid 19 regulations pretty well I noticed. The pool is kept clean and the beach is just a step away from the swimming pool. The charge of 40 TL for a safebox key in the room I found it excessive. Everywhere is free. I only found out when the box would not activate. The receptionists are not helpful probably they need more training to deal with guests issues.

On the surface the hotel looks very good. It was very cold no heating on. We had no hot water in our room for a shower. The food was cold.

Very nice but small hotel with friendly staff. Situated directly on Cleopatra Beach with beautiful views of Alanya Castle.

The best thing and why I chose the hotel is that it is one of the few hotels that’s situated right on the Kleopatra beach. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. It was my second time in the hotel. The atmosphere could be better. Too many Russians. Most of the staff lovely people. But I’m shocked they only get 300€ per month working 10-11 hours shifts! It’s like slavery... in the future I will (continue to) use other hotels that value their staff and pay them an actual salary.

We had a great stay at Xperia Saray. It is a great location, on the beach and close to the city and shopping center. The service and food offered is really excellent. I can warmly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Located on the beach. Nice ocean views. Nice modern clean bathroom.
