Conrad Dubai

Excellent stay, rooms were clean, staff were nice, good breakfast and dinner.

I stayed at Conrad Dubai during the conflict in the Gulf. In terms of the hotel itself, there were many amenities and the cleanliness was truly excellent. The facilities were well maintained and overall the hotel looks very impressive. Breakfast also looked impressive at first glance because of the wide selection. However, the quality of some items was disappointing. For example, the sushi and cold cuts were of rather poor quality and had almost no taste. The eggs were also quite bland. The reception staff were average and not particularly helpful. The biggest issue, however, was related to the situation during the Gulf conflict. The Dubai government had announced that hotel prices would not increase during this period. Despite this, after speaking with the reception staff, I was told that prices would in fact increase from day to day. Considering that we were in a very difficult situation and did not know when we would be able to leave the country, it was disappointing that nobody at the hotel made any effort to assist us or offer any kind of support. A bit of understanding and help from the staff would have made a big difference. Overall, while the hotel itself is clean and well equipped, the food quality and especially the lack of support from the staff during a stressful situation left a negative impression.

It's run down and the rooms are super small more of motel.

All went well. Clean big room. Courteous staff. Excellent Breakfast. Delay in getting Elevator is bit concern. Rest no other issue.

The room service took over an hour. The the rooms themselves were filthy. When I contacted the hotel to change they refused.

The stay was a pleasant experience with access to Metro station and taxi facilities at the doorstep. The hotel is situated on a road with views to most of the big buildings when you step out of the hotel. The rooms are of a good size. The staff were courteous and provided excellent service. Special thanks to Phoo for the great service during our breakfast!

This was my second stay at the Conrad, and it truly remains a hidden gem. I visited Dubai to attend the Beautyworld exhibition, and the location simply can’t be beat — it’s literally a 2-minute walk across the street, directly through the metro station. If you’re attending any event at the Dubai World Trade Centre, this hotel is unbeatable in terms of convenience. Check-in is always seamless, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and consistently restocked with tea and coffee capsules — small touches that make a big difference during a busy stay. Breakfast is excellent, with a rich selection and plenty of variety to choose from. I did try dinner once at the Italian buffet restaurant; it wasn’t quite my favorite and I didn’t find it to be great value. Aside from that, everything about my stay was perfect. I will absolutely be returning — Conrad continues to be my top choice when visiting for Beautyworld.
