The room was great and the staff were courteous. The breakfast was a big let down. The breakfast seemed like a compromise - the location was cramped and dimly lit. There were long queues. Once inside you were running a maze between tables and chairs. Saw one accident on each day of our stay - coffee spilling, plates dropping etc. The breakfast experience totally killed the experience as it’s the start of the day and you look forward to a peaceful breakfast in a well lit space in such a property.

When booked with expedia with price garanttee for 2 bedrrom siute my request was to include the breakfast. And the offer shows + 0 charge for breakfast. I thought it was included. When i arrived at the hotel they informed me that i have to pay extra for breakfast. Was big disappointment paying 190 Dhs extra for two persons daily.
