There is really not a lot of reasons to stay at this hotel. The water pressure is terrible and most of the time the water is scalding hot unless you let it run for several minutes in the sink. I ordered a bucket of ice to the room and they informed me that the cost is 20 dirhams ($5.45 USD). After almost an hour it did not come. I called and asked again. they again informed me of the cost. I offered no objection but still no ice after another 15 minutes. I went to the desk and asked them and they called room service and they told me that there was a charge...I said that I will pay just as I had on other nights. I went down a 2nd time and made a 4th request and for the 4th time they mentioned the price. after one and a half hours the ice was delivered and I was informed that I must pay. He said that while seeing me standing in the doorway with cash in my hand. There are many other things but it can be summed up with this...they don't seem to care and they don't think their guests can afford $5 for ice...so they just don't bring it.

Just outside the city.peaceful.Good for family.Ample parking.

Nothing around the hotel and very expensive compared to other places . The breakfast almost double price compared to other hotel same range . Don’t recommend. And theres 2 buildings. When you which you get the old one when you ourchase with expedia .

Front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Really helpful staff, some of the politest and most helpful in the UAE. Good convenient facilities and with the breakfast pre-booked great value for money. Breakfast had a lot of options and all really nice. We had an apartment room so came with a washing machine and ideal for a family stay. Conveniently located out of down town with easy links to major roads or major shopping malls, main mosque etc. Would use again and recommend.

We arrived at 1am and check-in was fast and easy. Good breakfast, but busy and not enough staff to reset the tables as new guests arrive. Overall, a good choice for overnight stays close to the airport.
