He went above and beyond at every turn to make sure we were accommodated and taken care of. His actions alone ensure that every time we come to Sacramento, we will stay at the AC hotel.

Michael was incredibly helpful and was able to accommodate us during a crazy weekend! I imagine it wasn’t easy given the influx of people being in Sac that weekend. For that we are grateful. However the woman at the desk that day and evening (6/13) was so incredibly rude. She was talking down and giving the worst attitude to everyone she “helped” including us. It was definitely a deterrent when someone in hospitality makes you feel like an unwanted guest. Other than that. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Valet, although a bit expensive, were all pleasant and polite

Everything was great except the bathroom sliding door was very hard to open and shut. Every time I wanted in or out my husband had to open and close it for me.

New and beautiful hotel. It’s better to find parking on the upper street level because, if you park on the lower levels, you have to take stairs to the hotel level and they are beyond filthy and smell of urine. The bathroom portion of the hotel rooms are cleverly not pictured on the website and it’s probably because a lot of people would be uncomfortable with the shower and toilet doors to be see-through. It makes for an awkward stay if you’re sharing a room.

We made a reservation for a family of 4 and paid for a room w/king bed and sofa bed but we were given only a king bed. 20 min later the front desk man showed up with two roll away beds. One bed had a hanger and used gloves inside of it and the other had a used makeup 2x4 cotton pad and another dirty glove. The front desk said he was new and didn’t know how to do a lot of things and he was the only one working.

Property is centrally located and very clean with well-functioning appliances. Was on a low floor adjacent to 7th street -- could hear some folks talking on the street at 3 AM as well as the light rail until it stopped running. Perhaps they could have better soundproofing on the windows or made sure to try and locate on other side of building if rooms were available.
