Friendly and helpful staff. Love the complimentary coffee ALL DAY! 😊 room was clean. Very nice fitness room! Pool was nice too- nothing fancy- not photo worthy but it’s there. View from rooftop pool is great if you enjoy watching airplanes flyover every 3-5 minutes. lol.

There were three reasons why I didn't give this property five stars. The staff, the room and the food were great - but the location is a little weird - sterile and not at all welcoming from the outside - I felt like I was in a dystopian novel. And instead of parking at the property, you have to drive a couple of blocks and then walk back and forth to the hotel in the blazing heat - NOT convenient. And lastly, the lighting in the bathroom is so dim that it's not great for us ladies who need to apply makeup. But I can't say enough about the staff and the room - that part was excellent.

Our stay was okay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff doesn’t bother you. The rooms are soundproof which is nice not hearing noise from nearby rooms. The issue is the past few times we’ve stayed at an AC Marriott in Arizona the hotel’s restaurant has been closed. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

Really disappointed to be told that the pool was out of use for our stay as a function was happening. Surely the hotel is being paid to hold that function while no notice/discount/upgrade was offered for the lack of amenity. We specifically chose this hotel as we had children that wanted to use the pool.
Also my husband asked for a coffee in the lounge/bar area and was met with the response don’t you have it in your room. He replied he did not like it (room coffee was undrinkable!) she begrudgingly said she could do it but no decaf.

Perfectly located, beautiful hotel! However, you should be 100% comfortable with you partner. The sliding bathroom door has a good 1" of open space between the wall and you can hear EVERYTHING.

The hotel was nice, but i wasnt told the water was gonna be out during both nights of my stay. So could not shower, brush teeth, or use the restroom. Was very confused the first night and frustrated the second night since i wasnt notified at all. That was the biggest negative, another is i paid for a lake view but it was partial since the complex on the other side blocked most of it. The hotel however was clean
