Hotel is just OK. No views. Very basic rooms but very clean hotel. Not far from Disneyland. Spend the money and do Ayres itself. This hotel now also charges $15 a night to park and not sure why.

Nice property. Small and cozy rooms. Breakfast is simple but iffers hot items.

It was good

We stayed in an ADA room and it was very accommodating except it had carpeting which is very hard to walk on with a walker. The bathroom was great and the bed was a good height. Just the carpet was a problem.

Very clean. Staff are very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is the best. A place we like to come back to.

My shower didn’t have shower curtains & plus they don’t have good communications down in the lobby but the rooms are perfect

I really liked the hotel it was clean and convenient.

It was a nice stay without breaking the budget. Pillows were not the best and the elevators need some work. BUT it was a good stay.

Quaint

Such a beautiful property, the staff were absolutely amazing and so sweet! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. Housekeeping made up our room so nicely! We will definitely be back!

I just went to anaheim to watch a baseball game at the stadium and this place is do close that i walked the stadium, the mexican restaurant is magnificent I was very impressed, i will definitely come back again

TL;DR Low value for the price. Two hotels, same owner, split property. Stayed at ALO side. $125 deposit. Unnecessary. TV was the size of a large computer monitor. The cable was super glitchy and unwatchable, poor channel selection too. Luckily I had a laptop and HDMI with me so I could stream a movie. Pillows were not fluffy or full at all. Uncomfortable even folded. Woke up with a sore neck. Thin walls, loud. Doors slam. Recently changed policy to pay for parking. The sign said it was to 'enhance the guest experience.' I didn't see security or any other featured benefit, in fact, there were a ton of people using the parking area as a shortcut to get to the adjacent businesses. Needed an app to pay for parking. $10 / night. The b.s. is transparent. Breakfast was the typical cheap school cafeteria quality hotel buffet breakfast. The area to eat was extremely cold at 8 a.m., and another sign said we had to eat our food there, couldn't take it to our room. One elevator was broken, the other sounded like it was about to break. Long wait times and only comfortably fit 4 people with no luggage. Ice machine only on second floor. Had to go to each floor to find that out b/c when I called the front desk, it rang for over a minute. Hung up. Broken receptacles, plugs falling out. Power issues. Certain receptacles charged my phone at different speeds. The bathroom GFCI wasn't tripped but didn't charge my beard trimmer at all. Fridge was only cool on high setting.

Staff was friendly. Free breakfast had plenty of food. Enough for everyone while getting enough to fill our stomachs until the next meal.

Parking was so easy. Very clean. Will be back.

Hotel is very dated but clean! I would definitely stay here again. The free breakfast is very good as is the Mexican Restaurant that is attached. Disappointed in the pillows, for a King Bed we were given 3 very flat pillows. Also disappointed that it is $4 for a soda in the vending machine. The cookies offered in the evening are left in a covered serving dish with no tongs, people just coming in can reach for cookies contaminating the other cookies with their dirty hands. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to an In N Out burger, a bowling alley and an outlet mall.

Close to parks and shopping. Clean and friendly staff.
