It was quiet. The room was a decent size and we could open the windows for fresh air. It was comfortable and we liked the fridge and microwave. Plus the chair was comfortable.

Quiet, clean, affordable and pet-friendly hotel.

Front desk was very polite and helpful. We had stayed on 2nd floor and the room above ours was very very noisy, I think had a bunch of kids in it, I had to call the front desk twice after the quiet hrs but they handled it so we could get some sleep.

Check in was easy, staff was professional and friendly. We LOVED the large room with a double set of bunk beds. It made traveling with 3 children easier and they were happy to share in a room all by themselves while the adults had their own space. The room also had a table for eating which was a plus. The breakfast was what you'd expect from a hotel but was great for our needs. I would definitely recommend.

Had a horrible time. Was accused of having a party. When i wasn't i have a large family and wanted to visit. Was told we couldn't have food in the room. When they have microwave and fridge in the rooms. Why would food not be allowed? I did let the kids swim in the pool and as soon as everyone was tired of the pool. We left that same day at about 9:30 pm. Did not feel very comfortable staying there so we left. Will not stay here again!

The main street entrance was closed for construction. The hotel didn't tell me when I called before check-in. Took half an hour to find the back road in. Ok is you know the area, but I did not.

The TV was horrible to navigate, no smart TV in the room and no TV guide. Dog was barking during the night.

We booked here because it is pet friendly. We were driving from Washington to Wisconsin. When checking in, the young girl told me dogs were not allowed. Then said she had to call her manager about my dogs. She said she would have to charge me 60 additional dollars. I made the reservation online and paid in advance. I also spoke to the owner via hotels.com and let them know we had dogs and requested a first floor room. I understand they can't accommodate all requests. The girl told me no to the request and put us in the middle on the second floor. Then told me there is only the front door to go in and out of. Which we found two side doors, where the dog waste bags are located. She was extremely rude at check-in and it was unacceptable. Upon checkout I let the gentleman know, and he said I would not be charged the $60.00. They ended up charging me the $60.00. I'm glad others had a good experience here, but this is not a place I would visit again.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean, but in rough shape. Poor finishes and sloppy repairs, room had damage in multiple areas. Shower barely let out any water. They are pet friendly and the facility was quiet overall. Nice pet area with a pet station for bathroom breaks.

Very nice beautiful hotel, very professional and friendly staff, room is large and has all the convenience amenities, very comfortable bed. We were going to spend just one night but decided to extend our stay. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Comfy beds, clean, and great breakfast. Nicki at front desk was the best, she always had a smile , polite & very helpful.

Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast tables were sticky and not kept clean during breakfast. Pool area was ok. Hot tub water looked dirty. Awoke to ants all over a potato chip that had fallen on the floor the night before.

I stayed here with my daughters because they were looking for a hotel with a pool, and I was looking for one that didn't break the bank. -The price was reasonable. -The pool was pretty shallow but it did have a small waterslide that was fun for all 3 of us. -Big hot tub. -Very clean hotel. -Very clean room with amazing water pressure in the shower. -Great breakfast with plenty of options. Make your own waffles or pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit, milk, coffee, juice. What more do I have to say? -Both front desk attendants were friendly and professional. -I was worried about the room being dark enough at night because there was a flood light pointed near our room to illuminate the hotel, but they thought of that and installed blackout shades!!! -Parking was easy and close and the location seemed very safe. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone and it will be our new go-to from now on in Fargo.

The hotel was in a very easy and accessible location for what we needed.

I appreciated that the front desk staff was very polite, helpful and accommodating. Hotel staff was not harassing as most hotels in the area are. Even allowed us to use the lobby's large screen TV to watch the basketball game Saturday evening. While the kids played board games they checked out from the front desk. Only complaint we had as a family is our main TV in the hotel room suite was small and outdated. However it looks like they are doing renovations and perhaps the tvs are due to be replaced.

I went to Fargo to visit family. My family includes young children that like to swim in the hotel pool when I stay. I've travelled to Fargo many times and stayed in different hotels with pools. Knowing my family likes to swim in the pool I chose this hotel because of the advertising of the pool. They had a regular pool with water slide, kiddy pool with water feature, and a hot tub. I arrived at this hotel at 1:30pm (check-in 3:00pm). I asked if a room was available and if it was ok to check-in early. I was told a room was available and there was an early check-in fee. I told them to forget it I'd wait until 3:00 to check in. Then the clerk said she would waive the early check-in fee as if it were a huge favor. Then I inquired about use of the pool and was told that anyone over 2 years old that wasn't the actual guest would be charged $8 each. I explained that I had done this several times before and have never been charged a fee to use the pool. She replied with charging the adults only. Begrudgingly I agreed to pay the fee because the reservation was nonrefundable and I had already checked in. I asked the pool fee to be added to the room charge and was told it had to be paid separately. When my family went to use the pool there was a red warning notice posted on the hot tub declaring it unusable. We couldn't get get the water to run in the water slide or get the water features work in the kiddy pool either. Basically this place is run down and in disrepair and ripped me off.

I was happy with my stay at this hotel. I have stayed at quite a few hotels. I think it was a good stay
