Pool and hot tub was very clean. Towels were hard to come by, but that’s all I would have to complain about. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was always smiling and looked like they loved their job. Would definitely stay again or recommend it to friends and family for their stay.

Travelled here twice in as many weeks for business. Rooms are quite and comfortable. Only nit-pick was the channel options were fairly limited as the expanded package was only available in the main lobby. Other than that exactly what you'd expect in a Wyndam property.

Great place that was pet friendly.
Huge wrestling tournament that weekend. Loud as usual.
Breakfast should have been more prepared for hungry wrestlers, poor attendant couldn’t keep up.
Outdated some and beds uncomfortable. The stay did it job, would stay again.

Hailey was so helpful! We were looking for pet friendly and arrived early. She was so kind! Everybody at this hotel was accommodating. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We will DEFIN stay here again.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We had a group staying for kids sports and felt very welcomed. Breakfast was good, (scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit & waffles) and kept refilled despite how busy it was. The property itself is older but was clean.

The staff was great however our stay was only 7 hours. We checked in close to midnight and left at about 6:30am. Our microwave didn’t work. The TV sounded like a robot and the hose blew off and disconnected from the wall and started spraying out hard while in the shower. This all would have been worth it for a $60-$80 but definitely not worth the $200 for the night.

There was a hockey team and a birthday party in the pool area. Loudest pool area I have ever been in. Kids running and yelling and diving. Hotel staff did nothing!!

Our window view was an alleyway and we were awaken with garage trucks emptying the trash containers one morning. Beds were not comfortable, but pillows were. Breakfast had a variety, but the family did not like it (off brand food does taste different i.e. peanut butter, waffles). Skipped pool/hot tub cause of it being packed. There was a conference room to gather a group together and that was free. Night front desk guy was nice and attentive! Not confident i would stay again due to price as 2 days was over $400 for average stay.

When checking in they did not have the correct number of rooms from my Expedia reservation but did manage to find us another room. However, they did not link that room to my reservation so I have now also been charged for the room they said I didn’t have reserved through expedia. Not sure who’s responsible for fixing this error. Contacted hotel spoke with woman who would document for her manager the issue so would have it when Expedia called but said I had to work with Expedia. Expedia has apparently contacted the hotel who sounds like they didn’t listen to the issue when discussing with Expedia. I have provided additional info to Expedia and now can’t get a response from Expedia. If it was $20 I would not bother but since it is over $200 definitely want my money back!!!!!!!

The room and hotel itself were clean. Front desk was very friendly but the beds were horrible. Springs poking your back all night. They had some kind of jockey tournament in town and we had a very sleepless night due to the kids running and yelling up and down the halls. More than likely won’t stay again.
