The hotel staff was friendly, but it was a little off putting that he commented that I would have had a better deal booking directly through their site vs using Expedia. The room was clean and comfortable and the vibes of the place were super cute. I would definitely stay at another one of these kinds of hotels in the future.

Staff was very helpful in putting several rooms close together all on 3rd floor. Pool was nice treated with salt water system. Only thing they could do better is extend breakfast time to 10am. 9 is too early for several in our group.

Staff was very accommodating, breakfast was decent. I had a pet friendly room, which was obviously pet friendly. Otherwise decently clean and affordable.

Excellent stay after a long day of travel. Close to Iowa Speedway. Pool and hot tub was great. Lobby was very nice and inviting!

The room looked clean, but the TV wasn't working and there was no "Do Not Disturb" placard to hang on the outside doorknob. Housekeeping tried to enter when I was in the shower! I was also unlucky in that a baseball tourney was being played locally and there were many players and families staying the weekend. Imagine hallways with children going from one room to the next to see their friends, running, talking loudly, etc. One of the side entrances/exits has an outside trash bin missing its lid and overflowing with trash. Once, there was a coffee station in the lobby which allowed early risers to serve themselves before the 6am breakfast area opened. I voiced this information to the attendant behind the counter during checkout who, dressed in a sweaty tee shirt, was doing double duty of trash pickup and working the front desk. His explanation was that ownership of the property had recently changed. In conclusion, I was left with the impression that this location is understaffed and attention to detail is less than expected.

The hotel stay was beautiful, employees very friendly and helpful. The only issue was how we were double charged for our stay. I thought it was taken care of but the owner cancelled the credit back onto my creditcard so I have to go through my card company to dispute the second charge. Su h a pain to have to do this.

Love the double rooms. So elegant and cozy. Love our stay here. Saw a family book a birthday in a room off the pool area. Can't wait to book it for a family birthday party myself. Also McDonald's is right next door.

The beds could have been softer but everything else was wonderful!! Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

The hot tub wasn't working, but the pool was nice and warm.

Hotel was very clean and had been updated in many areas. The staff was very friendly. The only negative was the mattresses all sloped to the middle. One thing that was strange was that they were out of plates at breakfast on the first day. The second day they were still out of plates even though there is a convenience store across the parking lot!

Was a very nice place. Staff was really nice. We got there late our first night and were greeted with “hi we were waiting for you.” Got a room right by breakfast area and pool so was concerned about noise. But it was very quiet and the hotel was full. Highly recommend.

Property was very clean and in good condition. The only negative is the gold out couch in our room. The mattress was thin and lumpy ,we asked for extra blankets to lay on top of it. But everything else was great - lots of hot water and good water pressure. The pool area was nice, clean and the pool was heated and very comfy
