Old and very basic for such a nice property. Room heating very uneven.

First time here and won’t be my last. Staff was incredible, servers at restaurant, front desk etc . Rooms comfortable.times that there is pool and multiple places to dine in the hotel

Beautiful place. I would appreciate free water in the room. You had to be a member to get a bottle of free water. Kind of confusing layout

The Amway is beautiful. The bar in the main lobby is very cool and the staff was awesome. The hotel room I got cost 300 dollars for a single night stay, so my expectation was that the room would be updated or I would have a view. This could not be further from the truth. The room is outdated, the bedding uncomfortable, and my view was of whatever units they put on the building for heating and cooling purposes.

Quality sheets and towels make a difference to me. Helpful and friendly staff in Wolfgang Puck as well as the entire hotel. I loved our stay here!

I used the app to request 1 out of like 15 rooms that were available early that morning. When we arrived at check in time at 4pm, the digital key in the app that we were going to use was supposed to be easy to access our elevator and room (no front desk necessary) didnt work. We had trouble finding rooms and someone to help. The Hilton app offered chat service for help, but response was not timely. After a half hour of trying to find the front desk and another 15 mins of waiting in line, they preceed to tell me the room is not ready. We pick a different room, easily find the elevators now and the digital key worked good, and so did room keys. Room was clean, ok view of the river, nice shower and bathroom, had some lotion bottles along with shampoo, conditioner, and hand bar soap. Only had washclothes and hand towels, no large bath towels. Bottom of sitting chair was broken that had small thin boards with nails sticking out, anyone could have gotten hurt. Nice size tv, bed was comfortable and clean but could have used a comforter on it, it only had two flat sheets. Ordered Wolf Gang Puck pizza and it was delicious! We loved how there is restaurants inside the hotel. The event we went to was at Van Andel, so we used the Skywalk from the hotel to walk all the way to the arena without having to go outside. I would rate the stay 4/5. They could have had more ways to be able to find your way around the hotel and made sure the rooms were maintained a little better.

It felt like a very wealthy experience.

Overall nice. Casino-esk with multiple large areas connected, dining bars etc. No vegan food though which was a problem for us. Skywalk (indoor walkway) very convenient, especially for concert at DeVos Performance Hall, especially in the winter. Guest hallway noise bad, but they actually had a security person trying to manage it, don't see that often. Overall clean, Paintland side is older, but appeared they are working to update it.

Room was old and some what out dated. Mold on the bathroom shower floor. $300 a night you should never see that. Up side was the staff was amazing.

It was such a treat that the hotel is located next to the river. The river walk was perfect for walking our two fifteen-pound dogs. The Wolfgang Puck Restaurant ( located on the first floor) was phenomenal ( food and wait staff). Our room was spotless and comfortable. The river view was amazing. The entire hotel staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. All our needs and requirements were met. We left the Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton extremely satisfied.

Room was good size, but over filled with furniture, and the bathroom was a little tight with the toilet and vanity. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Ice room was not well marked.
