This place is amazing!! Check in was painless, and everyone has been super friendly so far. I look forward to returning in the future!

Cool hotel. My only grievance was having to evacuate the hotel due to the fire alarm.

The various art everywhere was awesome! I loved the rooftop bar view and the staff up there were very pleasant. The color theme rooms are very interesting too. Definitely will go back. Didn't have time to eat at the restaurants but many dishes looked great!

The hotel is unique in its decor - overall artistic flair. We loved that, especially the entrance. The room was pretty and bright with yellow color coordination and exposed painted piping. Bathroom was clean and a great size. The only drawback was old bloodstains on the side of the bed cover that became easily exposed when bottom sheet shifted, as well as the curtains that had a few finger marks of bloodstain. This wouldn’t deter me from staying here again, it is just this attention to detail and willingness to throw away soiled bed covers. Otherwise room and property was clean / well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and the bar upstairs.

I recently traveled to St. Louis for a sorority business trip and was unfortunately disappointed with my stay. I found this hotel on TikTok, where people were raving about it, but my experience didn't live up to the hype. Initially, I booked the yellow room, but the covers were dirty and stained. I was then moved to the red room, only to find that the TV didn't work. What struck me was that the hotel's walls didn't appear to be freshly painted, and the rooms didn't seem to be of the high quality I would have expected, especially given the online reviews. Although this hotel has a lot of potential, its cleanliness and upkeep fell short. If the staff focused on improving these areas, I believe guests would have a much better experience.

Hotel was overpriced for how the room felt/looked. While we enjoyed the quick walk to the Fox from the hotel, it was really lackluster. Overall it had a pretty dingy feel. One out of two floor lamps did not work. We were given only 2 bath towels and only 2 coffee pods (that were regular). I think we've stayed at some cheaper chains that had a "fresher" and cleaner feel to them. We will probably not choose this hotel again, unfortunately.

Was not given room color as requested. Parking access is a nightmare - no signage with instructions on usage. Registration is on the TOP floor - little to no signage as to elevator usage. Good-size, clean bathroom was the only saving grace. Beds - hard, but usable for one nite.Major construction on street make access to hotel a nitemare.

Difficult to regulate night time room temperature. Everything was exceptional! 5 ✨

Hotel itself was gorgeous. Parking costs high. Friendliness staff average except one lady was super nice.

The property itself is beautiful. My fiancé' needed to check in early and the gentlemen at the front desk was very accommodating. The room was nice and clean. However the TV remote was missing, we had to unplug it to turn it off. There was also construction going on so it was very loud very early. Upon checkout I realized that despite only staying one night we were charged two accommodation charges of $75.00. We were also charged for our entire stay even though we paid through Hotels.com. We checked out on Thursday March 27th. It took me calling everyday for almost a week to get a resolution and my card still has not been refunded for the double charge or one of the accommodation fees that was supposed to "fall off" after check out. I was told on Tuesday 4.1 that I would be refunded and sent a finialed out bill. As of the date of this review I am still waiting for both. Make sure you check your statements even if you pay through a third party site.

Worked out very well for visiting the Fox Theater. Dinner at the Commonwealth restaurant was very good.

Staff was amazing checking in and out- we will be staying there again if you go to the fox theater again
