I was overall extremely impressed with the accommodation at the Baymont. The suite had everything we needed for a family of 5 with 2 dogs. The bonus is that breakfast is servered from 5 to 10 with is perfect for those who get up early or wants to sleep in late. The options for breakfast was astonishing. My little daughter couldn't believe that a hotel had a restaurant in it. So funny. Great place to stay if your needing a good clean little place to stay for awhile on vacation.

This is my third time staying there and each time has been fantastic. The young lady at the front counter is one of the most nice and professional people I have encountered in my travels and I travel a ton.

Property was clean and the room was great. My only complaint is that my Expedia price showed that my total cost included tax to be paid at property. My credit card shows that I paid almost $40 more than was listed. Not sure how to find out how to correct this?

Beds were fine, towels were not soft. Breakfast was not so great but it was free. Juice machine was not working. No yogurts or toast. Basic biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links and 1 waffle maker. Some pastries, pop tarts and cereal bowls. Check-in and checkout was easy. It’s good for a quick stay and just sleeping.

They claim to have free WiFi, but none of the 4 routers reached our room except for enough time to see it, but couldn’t connect to it. Then disappeared right away. The room was clean, but the beds were so far apart that the side chair was shoved into the corner and was basically a waste of space. The center nightstand was so small there was at least 8” away from either bed. Non-Smoking facility but it smells like cigarettes outside the elevator every time we went up from the first floor like it’s trapped in the carpet. The parking lot was half full, but put all these noisy kids and dogs around my room. Couldn’t space us out? It had 3 floors. I thought breakfast was weak, but my husband was happy to see biscuits and gravy. The toiletries were nice. Cute little Dove Brand products, and conditioner! No one ever gives conditioner. Only nice part of the stay. Had cable but most of the channels were selling stuff and unwatchable. Stay somewhere else.

The room had features which were broken and poorly maintained.
The toilet leaked 100% of the time.
The flip over door lock was broken and needed replacement.
The shower faucet was faulty - the hot and cold were backwards.

It smelled like smoke at every level and even like weed. Traveling with a child, this is not a good thing to expose them to. Breakfast was bad as it did not look like it was welled prepared.

Did not stay. Hotel was filthy. Toilet looked like it wasn’t cleaned in years. And there were cockroaches. You should not be offering such a dirty place. Very disappointing
