The people there were very nice and helpful if I needed anything. The breakfast was lackluster at best.

The people were nice but the room was less than satisfactory. The air conditioner was loud and didn’t take the moisture out of the room so the room was muggy feeling. The hair dryer was broken…you could plug it in and it ran at one speed, low, but the button was broken so you had one speed and had to plug and unplug to use. I grabbed the shampoo bottle when I got into the shower and it was 3/4 empty. So not a new bottle. The bed was hard and the pillows were very small. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and no vending machines on our floor. Breakfast was ready as we left, but choices were not what we were expecting.

Overall good stay. Really nice staff. Building was kind of smelly and the luggage carts were really difficult to use.

Great room clean and comfortable!

It was convenient & the front desk staff were all kind and helpful. We needed ADA room- the door was very heavy and difficult to navigate a manual wheelchair. The shower could use some updating.

Conveniently located to area restaurants, staff was helpful in locating a ground floor room, hotel was clean, non cluttered and seem to offer additional amenities in the lobby (vending machines). There were always someone available at the front desk during our stay. Our room was clean, not musty, and everything was provided for our needs. Front desk staff was very helpful but didn't seem "happy" in their job. A smile and a enthusiastic greeting would be nice. Our first floor room was nice, roomy and clean but it was beginning to show some age. A little dark and there were nicks and marks on some walls, a wrinkle here and there but I can overlook some of these things if the room is clean. Bed was comfy but the four pillows we had on our king bed were flat. There was breakfast in the morning but we passed on it opting to eat in a local restaurant because we were meeting others in our group staying elsewhere. I didn't see the menu so I can't give a review. Price wise I thought it was overpriced for what it was. Weekend rates are high but many of them were in this area. College town, I guess. I would say it was a 3 star hotel at best but give my stay a 4. All in all the positives outweigh the negatives and we would stay again but would shop around for better rates.

We really enjoyed the Baymont. I would recommend a better breakfast. It was slim pickings.

The room was very nice. The bed and mattress was getting a bit tired. All in all a good stay.

We arrived at the hotel about 9:30pm. The front desk clerk was courteous and checked us in quickly, saying we were his last arrivals. The lobby was nice. Our room was clean, but very hot. We started the air which cooled but it was horribly humid the 2 days we were there. The bathroom had rust in the tub and mold growing on the upper portion of the walls. Breakfast the next morning was incredibly sparse. Almost like they had just set out a few leftovers from the day before, but had not replenished. I will say the only hot items (biscuits and sausage) seemed fresh. Overall, the hotel met our needs for a safe place to lodge and a bed to sleep in, but it definitely wasn’t a place I’d choose again.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and since I had to be in town again I decided to choose to stay here again because it was pleasant the previous time that my family and I stayed here, The only issue that I had this time with my stay was that the AC was not working well, the room would not cool therefore there was a bit of a stale odor in the room.
