We had booked this hotel but apparently the week before they had a fire and did not notify Expedia customers that it was closed. Poor customer relations. We arrived late at night and were discouraged. Expedia did find us another place at no extra charge but was discouraging. Did give a funny story to tell to our families after we had a good nights sleep in the new hotel.

I pre paid for my room and arrived to a fire and was turned away and I’m still waiting for my refund.

We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 am from a midnight flight and were told that our room was not available. They had problems and as we arrived late they had given our room to someone else. Had too go to 2 more hotels before we found a place for the night. Have tried the hotel to see whether they offer some compensation other than a refund but have never got a hold of the manager. Looked like a nice hotel but the service was unsatisfactory to say the least.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I made reservation on june 3 for June 4 and 5. Got to property June 4 to check in and hotel was closed. A cleanup worker came out and told me the hotel is closed. There was a fire there June 2 so no one can stay there! Hotels.com app still taking reservations! BAD BUSINESS!

Great location and price point

They had a fire and closed the hotel. We had to relocate.

Staff did not know what they were doing ended up getting keys to someone's already assigned room and walking in on someone coming out of the shower while the other was naked on the bed was not on that trips checklist of things I wanted to see

Got overcharged 25$ us, room had a strong chemical smell, tv didn’t work, breakfast was mystery meat and wet eggs. Sketchy people lingering about. Not worth the low price. Can’t get in touch with anyone at front feet to get money back.

Don’t like the smell on the room and it’s not very clean specially the carpet the floor

The beds were terrible, very soft, no support and obviously needed changing. Did not allow for a good nights sleep. Hotel receptionist was scruffy in appearance and unfriendly. Hotel overall was absolutely fine, just need new beds and a smarter receptionist!

Was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub after a long drive - the pool and hot tub were closed

When I got to the hotel at 7:30 in the evening, my booking was not there so they offered me a discount booking, but then found out the pool was ice. Cold in the whirlpool was not working so booked with a different hotel next-door.

Just okay. The hotel appeared clean and we appreciated ‘no carpet’ in the room. The beds were comfortable and the bedding in good condition. The bathroom wall had been repaired near the tissue holder and had not been repainted or papered. A portion of the drapery valance was detached and hanging. The furnishings are of low quality and could be nicer for the room price we paid. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel since we were joining family at a local restaurant. My wife checked out the options and said they were nothing to be excited about.

I was looking forward to soak in the hot tub - OUT OF SERVICE - both the pool and hot tub were closed. They must believe in eco friendly - my wife and I had one (1) towel in our room to share. found out every room was given one towel. Staff were friendly and did their best to speak English- Probably wouldn't stay there again

Clean and nice room I did not like staff whom make me assure to help me send to the airport nothings arrived no explaination makes my way to airport so very late

We booked and paid for 2 rooms only to be told upon arrival that they only had vacancy for 1 room. Our party for the other room had to find accommodations at another hotel. When we went up to our room it was unmade. There was no TV and the room was dirty. We were moved to another room that smelled like smoke but we had to take it as there were no other rooms available.

I can honestly say I’m glad we only stayed one night. First impressions were questionable. If you require wheelchair use or have a disability that requires a door opener find a different hotel. From what I could see there was none of that. My husband and I both agree upon hearing the front desk clerk (assuming he may have been management possibly?) arguing on the phone with a different guest regarding a refund that this place should’ve been a red flag and tell. He was kind to us after getting off the phone so I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. We get to our room which appeared to be just cleaned and mopped which was a welcome sight. The smell on the other hand was not a clean smell. It was almost like they used days to weeks old mop water to clean the rooms from top to bottom. There was still trash from the previous stay in our room. The sheets were not clean. It almost seemed and felt like the bed was just remade and not changed out. There were food crumbs and black staining on and in the bed. Nothing felt or smelled clean about this room. It felt very poorly run and poorly maintained. Save yourself the money and don’t stay here. I wouldn’t even let a rock stay in that room.
