Accessible roll in shower was well designed and easy to use. Staff was friendly and able to solve a change in plans easily. Although the hotel seemed to have plenty of guests, it was very quiet. We have stayed here a number of times in the past and will be back.

Room was clean with the exception of the stains on the sheets, but they appeared clean. There were no bath size towels in the bathroom. I'm sure there was internet option, but it wasn't given or posted in the room. Limited simple TV options. Coffee was like mud at 5:30am. The pillows were awful. Just a bit of constructive criticism.

I was woken at 9:30pm by the fire alarm at the hotel which turned out to be a false alarm! That was the last night of my stay. The room was old, the bed was covered with a germ filled quilt that I threw in the corner on top of a germ filled couch! At least it was quiet at night so I could sleep, but the breakfast was awful and I went to Dunkin’ Donuts across the street instead! Cold coffee too! Never stay at this place again!! I’m spoiled because I usually go to Vegas!

The property provided a room with issues including broken bathroom latches and poorly functioning AC. Either the controller was fake or the AC wasn't able to produce the results. The internet provided has a poorly run infrastructure with security certificate issue. The breakfast was problematic--the scrambled eggs for example have a chewy rubber-like texture which I am still confused about. Do you they microwave old eggs or add gelatin?

Since transitioning to Baymont, the property has been less convenient: all vending machines were broken in different ways, very expensive shop items, dirty common areas (staircase bannisters were sticky. All with higher prices. We will look elsewhere in the future.
