The rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff was incredible. I booked a partial view king room and the view of the beach was amazing!
The valet parking was very convenient. You can self park if you prefer but you still have to pay the same for daily parking so why not use the valet service.
We did accidentally lose one of our wristbands and had to pay $25 to replace it. That was a costly mistake on our part but $25 seemed a little high for a rubber wristband.

Checking in was easy and smooth. The room was clean. They charge you 18 dollars a day to park even if you don’t valet we had handicapped and still was charged they also add 40 dollars a day for resort fee. Yet I did not see what made it a resort. If you leave anything behind and try to call I was shipped from one person to another with lengthy hold times only to be told by front desk they would tell housekeeping then hung up with no way to find out how to obtain some items

The hidden fees are not OK everybody should be aware of the fees before they check out like the resort fee the parking fee nobody should be surprised with a $300 bill when they think that they’ve already done paid for their damn trip

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The bath towels felt like sandpaper and it actually hurt to dry off. The hotel staff was not friendly at all and often made us feel like we were inconveniencing them.

Rooms need a little bit of tlc and balconies are dirty , people are very friendly valet is amazing and multiple things to do. Loved the fact of live music. Would definitely go again

I love the place, their staff was kind and friendly but it would be amazing if the place an outdoor family restroom, so in case of needs babies can have their diaper changed.
