Went during NBA all stars weekend. Ben was very helpful during my check in and checkout.
There was only 2 elevators working during my time staying there but everything else was perfect!

I don’t know where to start. This hotel was so disappointing. $800 a night sure looked and sounded like a $60 now motel 6 off an old town highway. The building entrance was modern but it hides the outdated unkept rooms. Low ceilings, small, plain, dirty dirty carpets, broken elevators. Oh boy. I gave this 2 stars just because the air conditioning worked. Thank goodness. My business partner who had his own room had a bad experience though and had to change his room 3 times and was stuck in the elevator. I do feel bad for the staff who were very nice.

The heater was broken and management did nothing about that. We couldn’t sleep because it was so loud. Our stay and night was ruined. Deceiving advertisement. Only lobby looks nice. Rooms were horrible. Very disappointed.

NOT UP TO WYNDHAM QUALITY. NO RESTAURANT, NO BAR, NO AMENITIES. JUST A ROOM.
ALSO CHECKIN IS AT 3PM, CHECKOUT AT 11. NO DISCLOSURE OF THESE TIMES MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE AND NOT CUSTOMARY IN ANY OF THE HOTELS I HAVE STAYED IN OVER MY 75 YEARS. THEY OFFER LATER CHECKOUT AND EARLIER CHECKIN BUT ONLY FOR EXTRA CHARGES.

The room we were provided had large stains on the carpet, which made us question the cleanliness of the establishment. There was no fridge in the room. The overall standing of the room does not match the price paid. We will not be coming back to this place.

Perfect location for the Warfield! Exterior is modern and appealing. I paid for an early check in- but was informed my room was not ready despite arrival after the promised check in.
The room was clean but we did not have hand soap- we had to substitute body wash. The elevators were down, so we had to use the service elevator - which required one to hold the call button down until the car arrived.
Just seemed like a series of inconveniences.

When we arrived, the elevators weren’t working. We were able to walk the 5 flights. The manager mumbled something about making it right for us but never followed through.
The hotel felt nearly abandoned. It’s brand new and did feel quite clean but that did not stop it from feeling depressing. Decor both in and out of the room is minimal.

Not quite sure how expensive it is to fix elevators . But 1 elevator working out of 4 is ridiculous and then to have to use the service elevator instead is unacceptable. Please fix your elevators I’m going to do a bad review on Tik tok
