Weather was terrible, but the room was nice and warm. Enjoyed our stay. The breakfast bar was great, but it would be nice to have more sugar free options.

This hotel is an order hotel. Our room was clean our bed was comfortable we had all of the amenities the staff was very friendly and very helpful people out in the parking lot with the snow removal all the sidewalks were clear. Different desk staff were very kind.

Very nice hotel! Very clean and the bed was comfortable as well. Nice hot breakfast and an excellent Mexican restaurant next-door within walking distance! We had our fifth wheel RV with us and they had a place to park it.

I was ordered to leave at 730 AM despite booking and paying for an additional week on this website. After some conjoling I was able to move to another room vs eating $600 in paid fees. The "renovations" are making the rooms worse, not better. I liked the desk with a chair vs a desk with no chair but now a large screen tv with no cable. Randomly ran into another man with same experience, kicked him out too.

This location has always been a good stay.
There was a massive face lift happening to the rooms so there was substantial noise and construction occurring.
I would confirm that the construction is complete before booking again, but it is a nice location

Hotel is going through renovations and they put me in an unfinished room. There were holes in the wall and looked disgusting.
I immediately left and asked for refund. Waiting to hear on that.

I was asked if I wanted to use the card on file that I reserved the room with and I said no and handed them different card, they put the 150 incidentals on that one but still charged the other card for the room. Created major issues since this was a business trip.

We booked thinking it had a pool and the brochure in the room gave pool hours,but small problem.... no pool at all. The room was clean and nice other than the gap at the bottom of the door. Fix where it says no pool and change the brochure in room and i would give a higher rating.

The property was conveniently right off the highway, but the windows were very thin and you could hear the road noise all night. The a/c was also very noisy, but worked well. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was also decent. I was surprised that they required a $150 deposit for possible damage, I've never had to deposit more than $50, considering the room was only $65, it was unbelievable. I also asked for an extended checkout and was told I would have to pay extra for just 1 more hour. I would only return in a pinch
