Noisy location, 101 south on one side, 101 north on the other. Coos bay was nice and walkable. I had to break out the earplugs. If you are looking for quiet...this is not the place.

The room was clean and the beds were fine. The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer. Bring your slippers because the carpet has been in the moist coastal climate for too long to be pleasant to walk on barefoot.

The room smelled terrible, like pet urine, from the moment we opened the door. The accessible bathroom was accessible in itself except there was no shower curtain. The bathroom was all open for the toilet, shower and closet, not even a shower curtain. For an accessible room, the bed blocks the bathroom doorway. The stairway was adjacent to our room and it was very noisy with everyone going up and down the stairs. The noise from the road was very distracting as well.

Great pillows. Water pressure not great, seems to be a theme anymore. Pool area was very nice but hot tub jets didn’t really do anything. Breakfast was very mid. Overall comfortable. Staff was a mixed bag, day time gentleman was very professional and courteous.

The smell of the room is just horrible! The front desk lady, who is Karen with no questions, assigned the worst room to my family with a faked smile. Heavy trucks roared and run over our heads all night. Impossible to rest at all. Would never ever come back again to Best Western Hotel. DO NOT COME!!

Parking a little scarce. Had to walk outside to get to pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast good except for the dingbat woman bringing her non therapy dog into the eating area and it was bothering people.
