Me and my husband stayed here for a night while on our visit to death valley. Honestly, it felt like a motel, not really a hotel which isn't mentioned anywhere. The first room that was allotted to us had a cockroach in the bathroom and the hand wash bottle was empty. we went to the front desk and asked them to change our room. But unfortunately the second room that was given to us, it looked like the bedsheets were old, like someone had slept on it and it was just covered over with the blanket. Felt very very icky to sleep on that. Very Very disappointed . Paid a one four zero for this !

I was charged an additional $50 each night because we had kids but when I initially entered the number of people for the room the price didn’t change. I do not feel like I should have been charged an extra $50 a night for any amount of people. The room was the same nothing was added to the room and it was never indicated that I would be charged an additional $50 each night because of kids.

By far the nastiest hotel room I’ve ever stepped foot in. No housekeeping services were provided even after asking them to attend to our room for fresh towels and empty the trash cans. The sheets in our bed had a blood stain that did not belong to any of us!!! And the shower drain was clogged, when asked for maintenance on the drain, we come back to a giant hairball thrown in our trashcans, which again- should’ve been emptied by housekeeping! And their hot tub and hot water in the hotel room both were not working either so it didn’t make for a glimmer of silver lining. This hotel is a major health risk, I would not recommend it.

Older property in a motor hotel type of layout. Many rooms with outside door exposure instead of a high rise, multi-floor property with added door security although there was one section with two levels requiring a pass key to enter the hallway. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, lamp shades were dented and one lamp no working, breakfast was juice/coffee/muffins/toast/waffles/eggs and sausages. Staff was nice. Overall ok for a night's stay but definitely not modern or fancy.

Everything was great until I decided to leave a day early and no one was willing to give a refund for the last night the hotel directed me to the app. Loved the unit didnt see a general store got my snacks from Auto Zone across the street. Staff was great, everyone was kind.

Nice large room with good lighting. Breakfast was complete and decent. The Indian restaurant in the hotel was excellent. We’ve stayed here before and will do so again.
