Everything was near excellent with some unexpected, pleasant little touches which made our stay very satisfying.
However, there was one issue which should be addressed. I.e., no microwaves in the room???? C'mon, this is the 21st century, folks!!!

The first room I was given at the edge of the building was terribly smelly and shook from passing truck traffic on the big road outside. Once they moved me to another room I was incredibly satisfied with the cleanliness, tranquility and amenities.

As usual, a great experience, the best western plus carriage in is quite comfortable and within easy distance for all the places we need and want to be. A couple of times with my granddaughter and stepdaughter they loved having the pool to swim in after we returned for dinner.. And the pool as well as The grounds are always impeccably kept.

The property was well kept on the outside as well as in the rooms. Very clean and comfortable bed. Staff were very accommodating and polite. Easy to find a parking spot. The pool and spa were very clean and felt very safe. Restaurant at site made dining very convenient.

I found a half dead giant cockroach gimpcrawling on the carpet. I had to smash it putting tissue over it and then throwing it in the trash. When I told the staff they gave me 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers and the thought of eating at that moment, I nearly barfed on the dude's hands as he handed them to me.

Arrived at 2:30 and was told there would be a $35 early checkin fee, I declined and came back later in the day. Is this a new fee? Also in the past because I am a BW member I’m handed a bag of bottled water and some other goodies but not this time. Was told if I wanted water there was a filling station in the lobby. Also this time I did not feel safe ( was armed) but did not report to management as if they didn’t care about the small things they probably would definitely not care about my safety.

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Being on the freeway it was noisy, and the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors's child crying. I would stay there again.

When I booked , it said breakfast included . But when I checked in , I was told breakfast is not included. I never heard this in other hotels. It is cheating. Also, they charged me $12 for parking which was not mentioned while booking. Total cheating . Would never stay in Best Western again.
