Nice and clean. The room has everything I need for comfort. Check in was easy.

This was a very nice hotel. It was clean. In a convenient location for my event. It has a nice lobby and a little breakfast nook, though a bit smal for such a large hotel. I booked a room with two queen beds. It was clean and had a desk, a TV and a little fridge. It was very clean and in good repair. If you leave the hotel during the day and come back later on, be prepared to park in back because the parking lot was packed when I got back in the evening. Checking in and out was fine. Not crowded at all. I really liked this hotel and will use it again when necessary.

The hotel was conveniently located to our family and was the most friendly handicapped room we've stayed in. Not only was it on the first floor--it was the first room from the registration desk!! Very handy! Only negative comment would be the condition of the carpets. Definitely time for an update!

Love the location

Their cleaning policy is not so good. I get not doing the linen but what would it take to poke their head in and empty the trash and see if towells are needed. The Ice Machine on the first floor was down the last time I stayed and was still not working.

Front desk staff were amazing! Originally booked a room at a different hotel. Upon late arrival, around 10:00 pm, the hotel room was filthy. The bedding had urine stains and hair. We were switched to a different room which was in the same condition. A refund was received and I booked a room at the Best Western which was nearby. Checked into the reserved balcony room at the Best Western around 11:00 pm. I asked the staff member if they could confirm that the bedding was not soiled and hairy. He looked at me strangely and said yes, the hotel rooms are clean. I explained that we were at that hotel because of unsatisfactory conditions at previous hotel. After checking in, we went to the car to grab clothing bags because it was late and I had two sleepy children that needed pajamas. When we walked back in the front desk clerk said that he went to the balcony room to check cleanliness. He said that sometimes the computer shows that a room is ready when the room has not been cleaned and sanitized. He said that the hotel was at maximum capacity and only 2 rooms were available, so he wanted to ensure that the reserved room was suitable. He apologized and stated that the only room available was on the 1st floor, right next to the lobby. I appreciated his consideration in my satisfaction and checked the room. He said the 1st floor room was suitable and suggested that I speak with the clerk the following day to see if a balcony room was available. His kindness was greatly appreciated.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were treated with such kindness and grace by every member of staff responding to our needs, Thank you all!

The place needs a new maintenance man. a carpet edge strip was unglued and was a trip hazard. Ants were in the bathroom. the faucet in the bar sink was loose and flopped around. also did not like the dogs the next morning in the breakfast area and the serving staff making a fuss over them and petting them. I hope they washed their hands. Dogs should not be allowed in eating areas.

overall our stay was good; however the air conditioning in the 3rd story room that we were in did not work properly so the room was hot to sleep in.

This hotel was extremely close to shopping and dining

Nice hotel but front check in could be little more friendly. Two women checked in after I did and I noticed that they must’ve been reward members and they were treated a lot nicer and offered water or a bag of chips upon check-in. It just felt a little strange. I didn’t necessarily need the water or the chips just the smiling service.

There is breakfast at this motel. The eggs, and sausage were both cold. Everything else was fine.
