It was easy check in and room was nice. My complaint is the morning coffee. It’s one of those machine that adds water to instant coffee. Gas stations have better coffee. Also no half and half was offered on those Coffee Mate flavored creamers, which is disgusting, and full of chemicals. Why can’t we go back to traditional coffee and cream? I could walk across the street to the BP and get better coffee. I know this seems petty, but I may not choose BW in future because coffee is inportant.

I had one of the newly renovated rooms and I was very happy with it... will stay again as long as the rest of the facility is updated didn't get a chance to do the breakfast.

We arrived late in the evening, rang the bell to enter the hotel and nobody let us in for about 15 minutes. Upon getting to our floor all we could smell was cigarettes and mildew. As soon as we got to our room and turned the bathroom light on, roaches scattered - one went into a crack between the doorway and floor. The toilet seat was very loose and the shower wouldn't shut off unless you messed with it for a few minutes. The rugs in our room had cigarette burns ( I am pretty sure I chose non smoking - or that the hotel was supposed to be smoke free as I had children with me. The breakfast was the best part of our stay. The kids loved the waffle station and the sausages.

I drove past the location multiple times before realizing the exterior sign was not lit. After checking in, staff was pleasant and helpful during check-in and let me know about any extra charges. The room was skillfully photgraphed becasue the same aura wasn't presented. Bathroom had pubic hair in the tub and on the floor. Maybe it was an oversight. The evening staff was helpful after i needed plastic utensils during an evening rush. The staff deserves a nicer place to work.

My bed made noises every time I moved. A poor patch job in the bathroom — not sanded or painted. The floor was sticky and dirty. The bottom of my feet were dirty. The front desk personnel were very friendly.

Hallway carpet was dirty, like it hadn't been vacuumed. Rooms were ok; acceptable but not what you'd call really clean- peeling wallpaoer, ect. The solid surface was ws nice, and that was clean. Not a fan of the high, counter top sinks. They are way too tall for us shortee folks, and wayer pressure was a trickle.

Called in advance and asked for top floor. Was told it was set. Arrived and was given lower floor. Waited for a top floor room to be available. In the room, there was no phone. They brought one and set it up but it did not work. The jack was not “hot”. Tried to take a shower but there was no hot water. Waited about 10 minutes and it finally got almost warm. The staff said it would be addressed and I did get hot water intermittently. The people were all very nice but I the room was not in good condition.

Nice hotel for the money. A little old in some ways, but you can tell they have done some updates. I prefer carpet in the rooms, but they have plank flooring in them (or something of that sort). Stayed there twice now and the people working seemed nice in both experiences.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was dated and dirty. Stains all over the walls. Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Sticky residue on floors. Absolutely disgusting. Motel quality. I couldn’t imagine sleeping there.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and spacious. Location was very convenient. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is not being able to stay pay for a half day or late checkout. Our flight got delayed and we were told that is not an option unfortunately.
