Staff were awesome! We went to a local restaurant and picked up take out. The desk staff knew we had a toddler and told us to feel free to use the breakfast area to make it easier to eat our meal. It was perfect, thank you so much!!

Best Western was clean and friendly staff. I was in town for my college graduation. I used to manage a hotel for three years, so I am picky about things. I will definitely stay at this one again.

It was ok. Check in was very easy. Got into the room and it was hot. Turned the air conditioner down but it woukd not cooler the room. It was more comfortable out in the hallway. Contacted feont desk and was able to get us another room. Had to move from a suite to a much smaller room but the room was cold which was nice as it was 100 outside. We had another family in our party that had to change rooms for the same reason. Overall not bad but expected better for the price.

We had multiple rooms booked, one of them had hair in the drain and on the soap dish. It also looked like the tub had drip lines from cleaner maybe. AC was not working effectively. We couldn’t get our room below 74.

It was a decent hotel bed was comfortable weird tiny pillows but they were still okay water pressure in the shower sucked the breakfast was not very great still decent hotel I would go back

Nice entry area . Room was pretty clean and very spacious. . Bathroom was fairly clean except corners . The bathroom set up was awkward . The Breakfast was gross. Eggs dry, bacon was like paper, potato’s taste like plastic , coffee was watery and no flavor. The food needs major overhaul .

Had a rough start with the front end employee checking us in. Wanted me to answer a bunch of questions and was rude about it. He thought I was local and told me the pool was only for hotel guess so don’t invite my family or friends. Luckily the rest of the staff was wonderful and the hotel was very nice.
