Great spot in Kingston, perfect for venturing into the Historic district, or driving over to Woodstock or the Catskills. Check-in took a while due to short staffing.

Very comfortable. Clean, attractive, friendly staff, quiet. Its nice to have a restaurant in the facility. And free breakfast !

The checkin staff member was polite, and kind. The room is old and with the courtyard being right outside, the noise was ridiculous at 11:30 PM. Hard to get good rest. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Only negative about the property were the noisy kids in the pool. If I had know the set up I would have picked another room. Oh yeah. Some guy stole my waffle!!!

Very rundown and old property. Rooms face into the pool and arcade area so expect people at your windows and noise. We asked to change to a higher floor which helped but it was still a window onto pool tables. The bed was comfortable and thankfully it was a quiet room once the public areas closed. Our fridge was also broken.

I don’t like brown decor! Or brown curtains and walls. The room was otherwise clean and pleasant enough.

Check in staff didn't even offer a greeting. Was allocated room 140. I booked an accessible room. I couldn't get my wheelchair into proper angle beside bed as the furniture and clearance round it probibited it. Back to reception. A different staff member heard my issues. No apology, no offer to help. I was allocated room 323. It was the same as 140. My wife had to rearrange the furniture so I could get right position for the bed. The beds were too high for the wheelchair but we were able to overcome it. I couldn't get into the bathroom as the doorway was too narrow. The door needed removed. If that had been done I still wouldn't have been able to have turned the wheelchair in it. I didn't bother to report this as I felt the staff weren't interested and I used the public bathroom for toilet and some washing tasks. I paid for what was described as an accessible room but it didn't live up to that. Room 140 was nearly as far from reception as you could get. Room 323 was a lot closer. We had been on the go for nearly 22 hours and we just wanted rest. Overall not impressed. Will not return. Those rooms should not be described as accessible.

This hotel was a okay for a stop over, but wouldn’t stay again or for more than a night. The staff was wonderful and it was close to everything, but the rooms are very outdated, musty, and not the cleanest. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom and the room smelled. The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good.

Great pool and activity area, awesome food and breakfast was hot and tasty!

To start off the hallways smelled so bad. All of the vending machines were empty. You couldn’t get a water or anything until 5pm when the bar opened. The arcade is a joke most of the machines are broke but still take your money not knowing they don’t work. The pool is supposed to be open at 10 we had to ask later in the day why were the locks on them, they took them off but never turned on the lights. Asking housekeeping for anything is a hassle In itself. We were there 4 days they don’t clean your room you have to ask for things if you want them. We couldn’t get clean towels or coffee, had to get pool towels instead. The AC doesn’t blow cool or cold air we were sweating. Breakfast was low average. Definitely won’t be back to stay there. If you go bring air freshener, seriously

The bathroom was full of mold, the entire hotel had a horrible smell probably trying to cover up a moldy smell. The molding in the room was falling off the wall. The lobby was the nicest part.

We enjoyed our stay, and our 90 pound Ridgeback did as well.

The room was spacious. As there's an indoor pool and the room faced the pool there was a noticeable chlorine smell but it wasn't too much of an issue as I was really only sleeping there a few hours. Staff were LOVELY.

Horrible dank smelly hotel with a moldy wet smell everywhere. Mouse droppings on the table lamp's base.

Hallways and carpets were outdated and stained, wallpaper and paint peeled and stained. Tub fittings loose and caulk broken. Tiles dirty and loose. Overall very outdated and poorly kept facility.
