Clean and quiet.

The main problem with this property was the room was unhealthy. We got in at 3am and could hardly keep our eyes open from being tired. The room was cold which is fine but was also very wet! The floor was wet and the sheets were wet. I thought it would go away once the air ran for a while but it did not. I fell asleep in this condition and when I woke up I was very sick and could not talk. The wet sheets and cold air made me very ill. I told the receptionist when I checked out and she said we should have asked to changed rooms. Then gave the excuse that it is very humid in Mobile Alabama. That was a ridiculous excuse. No excuse is acceptable! Should have been an apology and a refund. I am disabled with a compromised immune system. Staying at a hotel should not make me sick! Expectations is a clean and comfortable environment. This is why we pay to stay. Very disappointed and I encourage you to be careful of this hotel.

Tgis place breakfast it not on time. Our family wait mofre than 1 hours for serving breakfast. There time is start 7am, but we can had breakfast after 8am due to no one prepared

I booked for a room in Daphne/Spanish point but my confirmation was in N Montgomery! Had to backtrack 17 miles.😤

A good size room with comfortable bed and good shower. Perhaps a bit dark. Limited options for dining locally within walking distance but would recommend The Half Shell Oyster House which we enjoyed

Room seemed very clean and attractive. Water had seeped from room mini fridge onto carpet (presumably) and my husband called the front desk to report it immediately. Staff offered to change our room bc of the soggy spot but we elected to stay, as we were only booked for one night.

Front desk was super friendly and helpful, check in was quick! Room was very clean, modern! Loved the design of the room. Felt safe and comfortable.

Bathtub had obviously been recoated and was peeling terribly with the coating coming off in chunks

The bed could use more cush. I asked for extra blankets and was given mattress covers. We had to go down to get them. Front desk staff may want to walk the floors again so they can accurately tell guests where the rooms are, views from the rooms and which rooms are near the elevators.

Very clean hotel. Staff accommodated me, efficiently in regards to a complaint. I always enjoy my stay

Accessibility to West Mobile and shopping.
