Friendly staff

The beds are horrendous abs the bathroom wasn't clean. The pool was broken down and the hot tub wasn't very clean. Overall would not recommend this hotel

Spacious, clean rooms. Lamp lights too bright/harsh. Hotel is next to exceptional Chinese restaurant. Definitely will return to hotel and restaurant!

Friendly staff at check-in. A good-sized, clean, comfortable room with microwave and fridge and a basic breakfast. Seating for breakfast is scattered around the available space in what appears to be a wide corridor rather than in a dedicated eating area

Room was clean although no room cleaning our first day. Friendly and helpful staff at the Front Desk, special thanks to Debbie! I wish you could have water bottles so we can buy, you do have a water fountain in the front desk but super inconvenient for guests. Also the vending machine - drinks only had 2 drinks.

We stayed there for one night and requested a late check-out. The woman from the desk said yes. She was accommodating, understanding, and very welcoming. She explained there is a charge for a late check-out. We said no problem, and agreed to it. The next morning, at 11:30, we got a phone call. We were sleeping, and then we heard the phone. They hung up. We got a knock on the door, and our dog barked. We went to the door. No one was there. We were then called on our cell phone. We were harassed by a different front desk woman, as there were no notes about our late check-out. She was rude and abrupt. Very aggressive. We decided to leave, as it was 11:45 am. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Walls are so thin that you can hear everything.

Everything was good

Bathroom in need of updating. Bath liquids were missing. One bottle was there, but was empty and the bottle plunger was broken off. The other bottle was missing. The towels were the thinnest I have ever used in any hotel. I travelled for a living for over 20 years. I like this hotel, but updating is needed. The breakfast room was a waste of time.

It was all pretty basic, breakfast was lacking, coffee in the room was ok. The night clerk one evening was quite short when I told her the coffee machine in the front wasn't working properly. Not really worth the money.

Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was really good banana waffles, two types of eggs and sausage. Breakfast was good and pet friendly! Will be back!

Very well maintained hotel in Oak Harbor. They accommodated our dog with a 1st floor room and there is a very nice park, dog friendly behind the hotel. A very good Chinese restaurant adjacent to the hotel was very convenient and great food.

Stayed for work, loved it! It was perfect and had everything I needed. And close to the stores and food places as well! Staff were extremely welcoming and made me feel safe and secured about staying there. The room was very clean. Overall enjoyed my stay.

the military planes flying overhead were a bit noisy. just glad they did fly over at night

Everything was excellent, outside the pillows and breakfast.

This Best Western Plus was conveniently located near Deception Pass which we were spending time at. Check in was a breeze and the room was clean and tidy. There is plenty of parking and the staff was very nice. The Chinese restaurant in the parking lot was convenient as well for a meal.
