What caught our attention the most was the sofa bed and its appearance. It was stained, ripped and dirty. The mattress was not comfortable at all..so thin that you could feel the springs. The cushions were ripped and dirty. Coffee maker was filthy and unable to use in the room.

We have stayed here many times while passing through on the way to our beach condo. The room is large and has comfortable beds. The regular cleaning of the rooms is not up to my expectations now. Carpet has spots and microwave was dirty. This is our second visit where this was an issue. I wish the manager would address these issues. I saw the same complaint posted by other guests.

My day was good. The hotel was clean. The beds were a little firm and the bathtub had a squeaky noise when you took a shower, but it was in a very safe location and the atmosphere was good. The complementary breakfast was OK. The selection seemed to be a little limited compared to other hotels that I’ve stayed in. So stuff like potatoes wasn’t there and some of the prepackaged pastries were a little old and that’s just my honest review compared to other places that I’ve stayed at like Holiday Inn express Marriott Courtyard Fairway Marriott La Quinta Inn. This is my first day at the best Western. Thank you.

When traveling by myself with kids, I’d feel safer if at check in they don’t say my room number out loud with detailed directions to the room. A simple “here’s your room number, the elevator is behind you” is sufficient and safer.

My mom killed a roach in the bathroom we never saw anymore but we were definitely uncomfortable and paranoid afterwards hoping we wouldn’t bring anything home with us….. My mom also found hair on her pillow when we arrived that was neither our texture or color….. We were in town for a funeral both were drained due to circumstances so we didn’t make a fuss just covered the pillows we slept on with something of ours…., I used a blanket I had….

We stayed in the first floor (Room #106). We couldn't draw the curtains in our room all the way. So, there was very bright street lights in our room throughout the night. It was difficult to sleep. Please see if you can make a change to that.
