Fantastic spot to stay. Great owners and quality rooms and close to everything in town. Definitely will be staying here again. Quality motel with a hotel feel inside the rooms. Great value.

I like this place for its location right across from the gondola of the Heavenly Ski Resort. It’s also right next to shops and lots of cafes and restaurants, needless to say the casinos. The place is nice and clean with amenities. Parking is easy. Internet connection is fast. Most of all, the staff cares. For example, on my last stay, I left my ski gloves in the room. Two weeks later, on my current stay, they kept them. I got them back. I do not hesitate in booking this place.

Stayed here before and returned because it was comfortable and a great location. It’s still good but we checked in and tried to take a late shower and water was mildly warm. Didn’t report it because we thought it was a fluke. Stayed two night and on morning of check out tried for a shower but water was dead cold. Tried turning on the sink and shower to draw hot water but no chance. I’m sad because I liked this place. The manager acted like I was the first person to tell her this and said I should have called front desk. The timing didn’t work for complaints and we pretended we were camping instead and were so happy to return home to a warm shower. Bummer, as it really changed my feelings about this place and there’s too many other options to stay there again. Good management would have made it right by offering a slight discount on our next stay or anything to show they care.

The motel is great for its location within walking distance to everything (gondola, casinos, shopping, restaurants...). It’s been renovated, and the room looks clean, has no odor. The room is decent in size, but the shower stall is a bit tight for tall, big people. The lady at the front desk,Lisa, is friendly and accomodating, allowing us to have early check in when there was rooms ready. But she's not always there if you need for anything. You have to ring the bell and hope she's inside to come talk to you. One thing we'd like improved: some pillow cases may not have been changed for new arrival, they stink from previous sweat or odor even though they look smooth. The beds have 4 pillows each, so I had to pick another one to sleep on. Other than that it's a great place to stay at for our weekend ski trips. We'll definitely stay here again.

My bed was comfortable. The shower water didn't get that hot and had to take a lukewarm shower. They do have free parking, and we are allowed to keep our car there while we ski.

The room was okay but the finishes were in dire need of repair. The floor separation from the bedroom to the sink area had flooring that was completely detached. This is an older property in need of repair/maintenance. Parking is also a potential issue as there are far more rooms than parking spots and on street parking is not available. But the staff and close proximity to the downtown area greatly make up for the motels short falls. My family will definitely keep this motel an option for our future trips to the area.
