Everything was excellent except the 1st check in person provided us with no information and seemed inpatient when i asked questions.
There was nothing in the room regarding restaurants whats around , etc.
So as a person who had never been there, i found it frustrating. Not even a thing about what they offered.
Staff around the grounds were awesome.
They need to have books or guides in the rooms to help you know what options you have

Overall, it was an amazing stay. Some loud children in the room next door took away from the overall peacefulness of the experience but it won’t discourage me from staying there again so I’ll definitely be back.

We usually stay at Tropicana because of the night life. We decided to stay at Ceasar's Palace and have dinner at Hell's Kitchen. All was great but boring afterwards. Nothing really to do except gamble! I know it's a casino, but some people like to have a night out. We ended up going to Tropicana and had a great time.

Upon arrival the toilet in my room had been used, seat up, urine on the toilet rim, the floor and still in the bowl. 😮. Housekeeping eventually responds but I prefer not to have to inquire whether they are coming to service my room daily or not. The last day they just gave me some towels and nobody showed up.

I had to wait two hours online to cuexk into my room computers were down I missed my business’s show I came for they offered my no room upgrade anything nor to tske away resort fee I basicalt came here for nothing wasn’t even offered a chair to sit and I am disabled walk with a Walker

Wall is not sound. I can hear my next door yelling each at night and people has party in the hallway. Hard to sleep. I have to call security to calm them down. But overall the room is great. Restaurants are top notch. Will go back.

I came here for my 31st birthday, it was my first time visiting Atlantic City and I was super excited. We arrived & as a person that used to work in a hotel for over 5 years I’ve never met so many miserable employees in my life. There wasn’t a smile, a how are you, a welcome to Caesars hotel. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE seemed like they would rather be any other place but there. It was very off putting and didn’t make me feel welcomed at all. I booked two rooms and I stayed in the North Forum tower. I spent almost $400 per night and to be honest they shouldn’t even allow guest to stay in these rooms! The room was very dated, the lighting was awful there were literal feces stains on the outside of the toilet. The rooms had an awful odor, the lampshade had holes in it. This room was hell. I tried to call to see if I could switch rooms, I was met yet again with another lackadaisical employee who told me I had to come down to the front desk to talk to someone. I got down and the line was so long and barely moving, I was so close to missing my birthday dinner plans that I had to suck it up and try to make the best of the rest of my birthday. The next day we ended up checking out a day early because it was absolutely unbearable. We finally made it to the front of the line to talk to the manager & she might’ve been the worst person I encountered. She acted like she barely cared, like she didn’t want to be there. They said I couldn’t get a refund. The worst customer service ever. Do better
