California Inn

Arrived on property front desk was asleep. Was given a room with no shower door, mold on ceiling and yellow bed sheets. Room had a foul smell. Front desk claims refund given but haven’t received and it’s been almost a week. Neighborhood is questionable.

Super nice and clean and very helpful staff would stay here again

I liked the location to the park. It’s a mile walk over the bridge and you’re right there. Yes you can hear the traffic but it’s not that loud. Had a fridge in the room which was a really nice size. Held a lot of our things. Wish it had a microwave. The bathroom was super cute! Shower pressure was amazing after a long day at the parks. Clean, soft towels. Beds were comfy. Clean sheets. Only issue were the knats. I know I spelled that wrong. lol. And the huge crack in the ceiling. Other than that we will stay again.

Clean rooms,nice smart TV

Very clean and spacious loved all the accent lighting, free snacks and drinks that came with the room, everything was very modern and updated. The beds , pillows and bedding were BEYOND comfortable !( seriously most comfortable hotel bed I think I’ve ever slept in) The front desk was friendly and efficient and my biggest plus was we had a very smoke free experience ! I hate going to hotels where everyone is smoking pot in the rooms Nextdoor when they aren’t supposed to or out in their cars. We were able to get a good view of the Disney fireworks I couldn’t have had a better stay. Honestly will be back ! Thank you for the wonderful experience

We ended up not staying here because it located in the parking lot of a liquor store and has bars on all the windows. It did not seem like a safe location.

Roaches disgusting

This is my 3 time staying here since last December and I will not stay anywhere else, the hotel is lovely, safe and so conveniently close to the parks, also you can see The Fireworks over the hotel from the parking lot, they provide you with a Keurig, free snacks, 2 water bottles and 2 Pelligrini cans, the beds are comfy and the room has been renovated recently, the bath is clean and new as well, I can’t wait to go back. Staff is so friendly and helpful. There is a Taco truck that parks near the liquor store nightly with amazing food. Love the coffee mugs and I hope they start selling them online cause I would definitely buy their merch.

Staff was great! Great location and clean rooms

The staff was super nice and friendly, they checked our room to be sure it was good before we got the key. Took my daughter for her Birthday, great place to stay literally around the corner from Disneyland, $2 bus ride to be dropped off right at the entrance too (found that lit from the staff) very clean/cozy room. Wood floors are a plus a lot better than carpet. I would recommend this over and over, very affordable especially when you’re only showering and sleeping there if your going to Disney all day.. 10 out of 10 for sure!

We originally booked this location because of its proximity to Disney, it’s affordable price, and it had a great rating (9/10). The great things about this place are that it has modern decor and the staff was very friendly. However, unfortunately, we left after one night. There was a horrific smell in the room and bathroom. It was so strong we had to leave the next morning. The staff were great and refunded us for the night. I am not sure if it was just the room we stayed in, room 115, or if it’s every room. But when you read the reviews, only a few people mention this. It also needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. The baseboards in the bathroom were filthy, and there was even a little bit of blood on the wall. No matter how affordable a room is, I do expect it to be clean and free of nasty odors. I hate leaving poor reviews when the people who work there are so kind, but I would have wanted to know, so I feel it is best to share.

Cozy decors and friendly staff. Area rug really needed deep cleaning and felt sands on my feet when stepping on the floor. Would have appreciated good mopping. Otherwise great experience

We had the first floor under a family and could hear every move they made above us. We had to call the office to quiet them down at 3:30am. Also the motel came into the room while we were gone and emptied the trash and left new towels, but we didn’t ask for that. They did not make the beds and only did the above. It was mediocre at best. The positive thing I can say was the beds were very comfortable.

Nice hotel, slightly run down. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest (hair and soap residue in the shower). Overall a decent stay.
