Cambria Hotel Niagara Falls

Nice hotel with very kind staff and the room was clean and pleasant. However, the hotel does not offer free coffee and they charge $15/day for parking which is ridiculous as there is abundant parking all around the hotel and the hotel lot was never full. Management - you should stop charging for parking. It is false economy - we will not stay with you again because of it.

The hotel was one of the nicer ones. The lady booking the tours was great to work with.

The hotel staff at front desk and house keeping staff were amazing! The restaurant staff was never available to seat people. Although there was a sign stating you had to be seated. The waitress at breakfast was slow, rude, incompetent, and clearly unmotivated. I personally watched someone just leave after no attendance from waitress! The evening waitress was (with a broken finger) clearly giving it her all! The food was good for the price point. The beds, and I know this is personal preference, were very soft. But clean and well made. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. The one thing my husband and I both noticed, the floors in the lobby and the room were sticky. We assumed too much cleaning product not enough water.

Not clean

The floor was not clean at all. It was all sticky and unclean The breakfast costed 15$ but had 4 items. Nothing for kids like oats anything.

The breakfast was good, and it was walkable to niagra falls mist and cave tours. Loved our stay. It was clean and parking was available for 10$

Hotel was very clean, even house cleaning was personable. Hotel room was very high tech, took us a hot minute to figure out how to turn on the lights. lol The only thing I didn't like, there was a very faint alarm type sound, first night I thought it was a neighbor's alarm clock, but I believe it was coming from the heat/air conditioner. But I highly recommend this hotel, just wish you didn';t have to pay for parking.

Nice, beautiful and very quiet

When we arrived to our room. We noticed that the bathroom was dirty and hair all over the shower. We called down to the front desk. The manager came with a wash cloth and a bottle of disinfectant to wash the bathroom. They didn’t have any housekeeping available. We went and had a pizza In their restaurant. We ordered a 18 dollar New York style pizza that was A frozen pizza with pepperoni thrown on the top of it. In the morning we decided to try their breakfast buffet for breakfast. $15.00 each we arrived they were out of eggs and bacon and no plates for the food. Plates arrived so they Had one pancake left. So I took the pancake and a sausage patty. The pancake was so hard I couldn’t cut it. We asked if they could refill the eggs and bacon. It took almost 20minutes for the refills. We had to ask several times. They also charge $15 a night to park your vehicle. We were very disappointed in this hotel. No swimming pool. We do not recommend this hotel. We Will never stay there again. Very disappointed
