Staff was friendly

Very convenient to airport. Nice clean room. No desk in room, and oddly (unsafely) light in bathroom goes off when exhaust fan times out. Got caught in shower in the dark and needed to feel my way out to open door so I could see to turn light on again.

I liked the convenience to Syracuse Airport. Staff was good. I only stayed one night. The room given was in adequete shape. chipped cabinets, cracked sink, and dirty doors. It was the first room off the lobby. Too bad the room was a decent sized efficiency room.

There was no soap in the room and I didnt get the wake up call I requested. Pretty basic stuff.

Pretty run down. A/c unit worked poorly and very loud so you couldnt sleep with it on. Though generally clean some areas needed some attention. Like an inch of dust on drapes

Very nice place just a little dated.

I would never stay here again. Girl at front desk was very polite but the room was awful.

Near the airport, good for early morning flights. Has fridge, microwave and laundry facilities on site

The lobby was nice. First room we entered into had such a terrible scent of food and dirt. The toilet when flushed the water was rising and then it couldn't flush. After speaking with reservation we were moved to a room on the first floor. OMG the scent and smell of the room again smelt badly. At that point we were there for graduation and could find another hotel. We went to target and purchase Lysol, Clorox wipes and disinfectant and clean the room in order for us to spend 2 nights. For sure the rooms need better fans etc. Each time we walked into that room the scent was horrendous. Now for the bed we found other human hairs which told us the sheets was not changed. We also had to get extra sheets to change it ourselves. We do have pictures of everything. The floors was sticky and can see the dirt on our socks. The sink in the bathroom was fitly, also have pic of the dirt that came out of it (gross) In order to not be in that room for too long we stayed out later than usual and only slept at night. Yes I understand that this is a new ownership and it would take time to renovate but try walking into those rooms and see if you as a human appreciate the stench and dirt. IHG is known for high standards and I had those expectations but this was the worse. Mind you this is my second time staying at this hotel. I gave it a second try and hope that the renovations was done but the experience did not improve. For all of this reasons I would not recommend any human to stay

Doors were slamming all night, there were chips on the floor in our room, would n ver go back

The coffee pot did not work in the room.

Tired room, no hot water, poor temperature control, indifferent staff.

Visiting a friend.

One question...who puts a motion detector light in the entry of a bedroom? Rool over and the light comes on. You have to get up and turn it off. Happened to me 5 times

Just a gross hotel for $100. What do you expect for $100

Had to wait almost 30min for my room to b ready!

Great staff and very clean and quiet. My only caveat was the internet kept going in and out. I would easily recommend staying here. I’m a traveling nurse and I would come back here in a heartbeat.
