Candlewood Suites MOORESVILLE/LAKE NORMAN,NC by IHG

Would have liked breakfast included but was a nice hotel. Would have liked at least every other day housekeeping but we made due.

It was under construction which is fine and they sent a message ahead of time. I got an older room and the smell was bad like wet towel or mold. We didn’t complain because we just finished driving for 16 hours and we just wanted to shower and sleep. Left early the next morning

We booked a king size suite and was given a queen … when we asked about it they said it was a king size room in the computer and would not switch us . Also was told pool was open till 9 … went down at 7:30 could not get in but after looking through window , glad we could not … pool water was brown . There was very little space to walk your dog . Will not go back to any of their locations.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We have visited Mooresville several times. We have stayed at other hotels and we’re not happy. Candlewood is a great property with newly remodeled rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although there is construction on certain floors, the remainder of the hotel is clean and easily accessible. We’ve had an excellent days and plan to stay many more times.

I always stay here on my way south. The hotel is safe and very comfortable. The staff is great! They are in the process of updating.

Dirty, muddy parking lot, bad smell in room and halls

We like the property, it's very convenient. It lacks comfort in the room. There is only one chair and a stool. It has a full kitchen and no place to eat.

The property was clean and quiet. They are going through a remodel, but there was no noise that I could hear. It’s going to look fantastic when they are done. The front desk staff was so friendly and even had treats for my dog.

the rooms are large and comfortable, the washers are free and the gym is well equipped. Everything was convenient.

There is construction @the hotel. They sent an email notification after the reservation was made. The hotel does not offer breakfast. The microwave in the room did not work. There are no restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Everything was nice, the only problem I had was that the occupants above me made a lot of noise.

Nice hotel but it was a little dirty. Felt room could have been a little more clean. Handles to blinds were dirty and sticky. Dishes left in dishwasher

Candlewood suites is a beautiful property. Located in mooresville nc. The location is nearby starbucks, mcdonalds, shopping, banking, . It is on route 21 which connects with many places. Restaurants nearby, parks. Downtown mooresville, Feednc, rt 77, Cablewood suites is beautiful. Lots of parking. Surrounded by greenery and flowers. It has a beautiful indoor pool...we went in it alot. Clean, refreshing. In it's own room eith chairs, tables and towels. Windows let in light. The rooms are inviting. Kitchen has the amenities we need and more. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, free coffee to use in coffee pot. Plus you can go to room by office and use keurig for fee coffee everyday. Also in kitchen. Silverware, plates, cups, mugs, glasses, etc. Lots of storage. Cable tv in living room, big tv. Lots of storage. Bathroom has a bathtub with a beautiful shower. And pumos for shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Sink with storage. Good lighting. Washer and dryer free to use, just need laundry detergent. Exercise room next to it. Staff are awesome. Friendly, inviting, talk with them everyday. When you need anything, just ask. Angie, Courtney, Alex. The cleaning people are nice too. We are Glad we stayed here. 😃😃😃❤️❤️❤️
