Super cute! It had everything anyone could need. I wish I was there longer so I could have taken advantage of it. They even had bikes and kayaks you can use. The only issues were that the shower was lukewarm at best and the toilet flushed on its own about every 10 minutes. Other than that I loved it!

Convenient to where we were going to spend the next 3 weeks in a rental of a condo easy to find next to a nice fun restaurant and front office Personnel very easy to work with. Called me a couple times to make sure I understood where to pick up my room info because we were coming in after the desk closed yes I would stay there again

We called to see if we could have an early check in because we were headed down to Key West & we spoke with Linda and she said feel free to stop by and grab the keys cause we would be returning later that evening after their in person check-in. You can walk next door and play put-put and grab a drink and a bite at Porky’s! There are bicycles and paddle boards, a pool and daily excursions available. Plenty to do without ever leaving the property! Did I also mention the staff? Linda was amazing and the young man Miguel at the excursion desk outside were both a plethora of information and super kind!

It is an adequate place for overnight stay. We had too many stairs to climb to get to our room.
(That’s because we are over 70.) pool area was very nice. Check in personnel very nice & friendly:)

This is not represented as pictures show. Very rustic, being to the point of being junky! Dingy linens, the flooring, cheap and no care to make it look professional (home made or unprofessional installation).

Nice room. A/C was dripping alot when we came in. 2 hours later it was fixed . It got cold later that night, when we woke up there was what appeared to be mold on the towel we had placed under the A/c.. This made us really nervous and we checked out a day early. Office staff understood our decision and promised to look into it and refund. Hopefully they will and refund our last day. I think its only fair. Otherwise, my review will be less .

This location was great! The check-in process was easy, the check out process was also easy but just not personable, I wasn't even asked how my stay was. If you book a room here, I would advise to verify whether it is one that has been recently updated because the one I was in, Grouper, had not been updated but the next to me was being worked on and the workers decided they would start banging as early as 730 AM and I made a comment to them as to how early it was, to be greeted by a trash can and paint trays and brushes in the path leading to my room door. The shower had mold as so did the shower head which I cleaned up myself. My mattress was on a platform that kept sliding off the frame. I made the best of our stay there because I was on vacation but if I do book here again, I will definitely make sure it is one of the more updated rooms. The restaurant next door was great, food and entertainment. Overall, good place for the price and location.

Central location is great for visiting all of the keys. Affordable & clean. The only thing I would like is if you had more insulation between the rooms as I could hear my neighbors conversations and snoring.

From an outside observation it wasn't what i expected. But the inside it was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Stayed at bldg 6. Had old world charm. Definitely recommend it.

We had a very chilled out stay. Sat by the docks watching the sun go down. Had food and drinks at porkys next door and rode down the old 7 mile bridge on the hotel's free bikes next day.

We had a nice stay at Captain Pips. The Osprey Apartment was nice with a deck facing the Gulf. The other accommodations didn’t have that kind of a convenient view it seemed. The first night we didn’t get a parking spot right by our apartment. The lot was full every night. This is an older place but it is kept up alright and was a good place centrally located in the Keys. The kitchen didn’t have paper towels or napkins; no oil or cooking spray; No baking sheet. Otherwise was nicely stocked. We used the gas grill on the deck and that worked nicely. There were plenty of bathroom towels and a few pool towels. There was a cooler available. The TVs are not smart TVs but they had a cable connection.

We absolutely loved the property and it’s amenities.
Staff was great, room was spacious and clean (both visual and smelled clean), and the convenience to both Key Largo and Key West was perfect for our week.
Would definitely both recommend and plan another stay here!

“Deluxe Cabin”
We stayed two nights in what was described as a cabin. Turned out our stay was in a floating “AquaLodge”.
What a treat. We really enjoyed our “two bedroom” accommodations on the water. Clean and new, it was comfortable. But for two couples it was very tight so best to be related or extremely close friends. The AquaLodge would be great for a family with kids
Especially enjoyed having our breakfast on the boat’s deck next to the water.
