Excellent property with convenient location to the historic district in town. We have stayed in and around Saint Augustine many times. It was so nice to just walk out the hotel door and be in the heart of this beautiful city.

Everything about our stay was first class. It was our anniversary. I pre-arranged flower, and champagne, delivery. It was in the room when we arrived. Guest services were polite, and efficient. The valet, and bellhop, service was excellent. Nearby restaurants, and attractiions, made visiting simple. We will stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel. It was nothing special for the price you pay for a room. There are other hotels in the area that are just as walkable and convenient but for far less money. There are really no amenities over and above what are provided at other facilities. There is no refrigerator. Rooms are average. In sum, it was an average hotel for an above-average price. Also, the cost of parking the vehicle was ridiculous!

Great location. Very clean and maintained. I only have one suggestion and that is better shower heads.

Excellent location ! Only criticism is daily rate amenity fee too high, especially since wifi is slow, and off season for beach area. Otherwise beautiful hotel, practically its own art gallery. Friendly staff.

Overpriced room of average comfort and amenities. Expensive dining with limited choices in house, expensive parking and hotel fees with no value added made our stay at Casa Monica Resort feel less than special. Our room was taken care of during our stay but the staff forgot to offer us their complimentary welcome champagne and did nothing to otherwise make our stay better.
