Very nice, very clean motel. One of the cleanest I have seen. No frills, just a peaceful overnight stop. I would highly recommend this place.

Will definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable. No musty, funky smells. It's a huge room for all your things, with an extra sink so 2 people can get ready at the same time. Great price compared to other motels/hotels in the area. Love the retro bathroom colors. Plenty of coffee/breakfast options in town so free breakfast is not needed. Just adds expense to your stay. And not all free breakfasts are that great anyway. Clean, and comfy. I did notice there wasn't a hair dryer. I brought my own so it wasn't an issue. Forgot to mention that at checkout.

The property is in great condition and in a convenient location. The management did a nice job updating while retaining the vintage charm. 1950s motels are an endangered species as mass produced value chain hotels replace them. The outside retains the historic signage and neon accent lighting. Nice parking lot with many outlets for block heaters or EVs. Inside you are greeted with an immaculately cleaned room, comfortable bed and sofa, wet bar/kitchen area with mini fridge, microwave, and sink. The room temperature was very comfortable and adjustable. It is radiant heat so there is no blower noise to keep you up at night. The room has fresh paint and carpet. The original acoustic ceiling, light fixtures, blonde wood, and paneling add a nice charm. The bathroom has the mid century modern Kohler fixtures complementing the blue sink, tub, and toilet. Shower has great pressure and super hot water.

Very very clean , spacious room and well kept, everything looked fairly new or newly refreshed, painted etc. Plenty of parking. Pleasant staff. Ate at Sharon’s in Hurley, just 1.6 miles (lovely spacious coffee shop with breakfasts. Also visited the Stormy Kroger factory store.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. The furnishings were dated, but in amazingly perfect condition. Room was large, beds very comfortable, large bathroom. Sink in the bathroom and in the main room. Parked directly in from of the first floor room. We were extremely happy with this motel and would highly recommend.

My husband and I really enjoyed our one night stay! As all the reviews I read promised, this place was an exceptional "retro" decorated space. Most importantly it was very clean.We picked up dinner and ate in the room as there was a table for two. My husband lit the propane fire pit and we sat out on the comfie outdoor furniture and talked, relaxed and laughed! Five stars for our stay! We highly recommend it.
