The room was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. The staff was Awesome. Especially the front desk staff Ms Trudy and Juan. They were very nice, professional and helpful. I really appreciated them. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others🙂

Jawon was excellent checking me in, helped with the TV service in my room and the breakfast was good and delicious.
Room was spacious, quiet and convenient. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was great!!

The front desk clerks are so nice and have such great manners.The rooms are clean no bugs or anything just perfect.I would definitely stay here again.

I typically wipe down common surfaces in hotels to sanitize rooms. This is the first time I actually had to clean the surfaces. The room was not properly cleaned prior to checkin. The floors had not been mopped. The side tables, desk and microwave table had not wiped down prior to check in. I could see residue on the tables. I checked in late so there was no maid service available. The attached pictures show what clothes looked like after cleaning surfaces.

I got there late at night. I laid down in the bed and there was a strong odor of urine. When I pulled back the sheet there was a huge yellow stain on the mattress cover. I requested a room change and when I got to that room the whole bathroom floor was wet. I took a bath towel and mopped up the water. When I was done the towel was brown from filth. Evidently they don’t mop the floors very often at all. When I laid down again I went to turn on the tv and it didn’t work. Also 2 times during my 4 night stay I had to leave for work without eating breakfast because they didn’t have it ready yet. They are suppose to start serving breakfast at 6:00 am. On top of that there is little to choose from.

When we first entered there was a terrible smell in the lobby area. Made it to the room..fresher smelling, however there were stains on the bedding and the floor was very dirty. My daughter walked on the floor and her feet turned black. The underneath of things..end table, chair and TV table were not cleaned at all. There were stains on the ceiling. We also ordered in room food (which was delivered but is advertised as room service) and it was terrible. Wings were so tiny, churros tasted like oil. Although the pizza was tasty. The next morning, we decided to try out breakfast. The best part are the waffles. However, the butter is old. We had to ask to have waffle batter, orange juice to be restocked. The best part to our stay was the kind staff from the check in to the check out. The shuttle to the airport was quick and easy.

The room didn’t seem like it was properly cleaned. From dirt and food crumps being on the ground and under furniture. The tables, counters and refrigerator had to be wiped down. The white linen could have been washed with bleach.

It was an overnight layover stay from the airport. Shuttle pickup was timely, back and forth to the airport.
The hotel room and its bathroom was very clean and had a free continental breakfast, enough to keep one going.
A good experience overall.

Comforter had burn holes, room I was giving was very noisy, I could literally hear everything outside because the hotel entrance was right above my room window. The check in process took longer than it should have, and several guest were arguing. One guest was sitting on the edge of the lobby furniture and made some very offensive comments to the hotel clerk. I was about to call expedia about the incident but I forgot.

We didn't have a save chair for the wheelchair accessibility in the shower. Was told they didn't have one then found one that was dirty and without a back rest. Very uncomfortable and inconsiderate.

I would give it no stars if I could. Terrible smell. Don’t stay here. There are no elevators. The locks for the rooms were broken. Overall a bad experience and they wont refund you. They say its “smoke-free” but as soon as you come in you can smell a mix of cigarettes & weed. Terrible, terrible.

The experience was deeply disappointing. The bedding was dirty, and there was no breakfast offered. In the morning, I found the front desk staff asleep, which was incredibly unprofessional. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the place did not feel clean or welcoming. I will not be staying there again.
