limited breakfast, management doesn't know how to run a hotel

Mr. Burke was a wonderful cook and greater. He was very polite and helped with everything. 🇺🇸The staff was “very polite”. Room was clean, comfortable. Missed not having the pool. Need more housekeeping staff. A toaster maybe. Overall…great week. Thank You

My room was non-smoking yet reeked of cigarette smoke. The furniture in the room’s sitting area was visibly stained, the bathroom grout was moldy, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and the walls in many places had been spackled over yet unpainted. Very poor presentation.

Room is good

Dirty floors, unable to get new towels. Told it would take 2 hours. No iron in room. 2 hours to get that. Stood at the front desk multiple times for 5+ minutes without any attention. Room in front of me had bed beds. Card key disconnects after 24 hours and I had to go up front to keep getting it reactivated. Food left in microwave. Pool out of order.

Didn't even stay, there was a roach on the bed. Lots of weed smoke, mariachi music playing out of one of the rooms(I personally enjoyed that). Also their front desk representative was rude. Just really in a bad area, there are better places to stay.

I appreciated the low price for the weekend but the facility and our room was in poor repair: baseboards coming off, dirty carpet with holes, broken toilet seat cover, dirty walls, killed a roach the first night. The breakfast buffet was good but would have liked some bread for toast and bagels.

If I could give this place a rating of 0 then I would. We reserved our two night stay earlier that week and had it confirmed. We were driving 8 hours then arrived at the hotel for a 4am check in. HOWEVER, we were marked as a “No Show” during their 3am audit. We were NOT called nor was this disclosed to us during our reservation confirmation. The lady at the front desk was not helpful whatsoever. At 4am, we then had to purchase another night stay in a room that was 55 degrees and freezing. The room was disgusting. There were stains on the walls and blinds. Unacceptable. We are still waiting on the refund that will hopefully come. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Was given four different rooms at check in because they gave me keys for occupied rooms.

Hotel appears to be surviving on either Section 8, or FEMA guests. Arrival to a lot of old cars, outsjde the front door less than clean, elevator smelled of cheap cigar. Though the sujte was clean, the cushions on furniture did not match. Beds were clean bathroom also. Some guests were "off", making it an unco.forta le experience

The couch and chair in the room had cigarette burns in them and was so nasty we would not allow our grandkids to sit on them. The microwave had food inside of it that couldn't be removed because the button for the door was broke ,the ice machine was broke and the drain plug in the tub was broke so I couldn't take a bath. The ice bucket in the room was nasty and needed to be washed.the pool was closed and nasty looking even though they advertised for indoor pool. The hotel smells like a dirty wet ashtray so you can tell people smoke in it.the inside of the hotel looks NOTHING like the pics they have on their website. This places looks a trap hotel and the manager was rude and didn't care when these issues were brought to their attention and we were told the hotel down the road have a nice pool if we wanted to go stay there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Clean and friendly staff. Nice room and quiet

There was blood on the carpet and on the microwave. It was a last minute booking with no other choice so I took it. Regretted write away. Book at your own risk.

Unlike most Clarion hotels I have stayed at this one is more of a local persons / transients temporary home. The lobby, the rooms, and the outside are spartan. There was dried blood on the mattress but I did not find bugs. The hairdryer had fallen out of the wall. My key stopped working the second morning and they gave me a replacement without ID. I did not feel safe outside.
