Perfect location to stop for the night! Right off the highway with ample parking if hauling, RV etc. Outside looks simple, but inside very clean and recently updated. Walkable to restaurants, groceries and more. Staff very friendly and breakfast serves many choices! Would stay here again.

Very worn out. Repairs to walls needed. Old bathroom. Hot water took forever. Room heater was loud and knobs broken. Would not stay again.

A very nicely kept hotel, the rooms are large and it was very affordable. I felt safe in the parking lot, which is a big deal for a woman traveling alone. Very nice and helpful staff.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Pool was dirty & cold & bed was in terrible condition. Very uncomfortable & displeased with the amount of money it was to stay at this property boasting amenities that were both sub par as well as not as advertised (heated pool.)

The pool maybe indoors but it is so cold it will take a child’s breath away. The hot ton the chlorine is so strong it burns your eyes with out even going under the water. I’m tall so I could see old hair and dust on top of the shower edge. The heater in our room hardly worked and the fan squeaks so loud we had to turn it off and just deal with a cold room. The pool area lighting is so bad it makes you feel like you’re in a cave. There are homeless walking around at night and poor lighting in the parking lot

Indoor swimming pool was locked and I had to find someone to unlock the gate during posted open hours. The reason may have been that the indoor pool was extremely cold. I asked at the front desk and they didn’t know when it would be fixed (probably just to save a buck on heating it.) I also had no hot water in my room. Front desk personnel said they would work with Hotels.com to give some monetary compensation and not directly to me because booked through 3rd party of Hotels.com. That was a lie according to the Hotels.com representative I talked to on the phone. Very deceitful people at this hotel. I cannot say enough good things about the Hotels.com representative. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. He gave me a $25 OneKey Cash credit for my poor experience at this hotel.

Toilet had a ring in it and kept running, bathtub was dirty with yellow marks, tiles were broken, carpet was stained, bed was hard and uncomfortable, charged $50 pet fee and person at the counter acted like she didn’t care that it wasn’t disclosed when reservation was made also allowed personal friend to keep interrupting the check in process which is unprofessional, overall a horrible experience. Was only there for one night so made due.

My room was large and comfortable. The bed was great. Breakfast was superior. In my room: the sofa was frayed, the heat/AC blows up under the curtains and not directly into the room. Worst: the toilet measured 15” from floor to top of seat. I am a tall woman who 6 months ago had a hip replacement surgery and have had total knee replacement. I do not require an accessible room. But the toilet required me to squat beyond my physical ability. These toilets shd be replaced with taller ones.
