The staff was incredibly kind. My flight had a long layover that had me arrive 5am the morning after my reservation. Cesar and the team were very accommodating with my late arrival and went out of their way to make it a good stay. They gave me info on neighborhoods since I’m moving here, and gave great food recommendations! They even helped me get a Ventra card and get set up for transit. Everyone was beyond nice, and I love the laundry services and cold water stations! My only “issue” was my mattress had a massive dent on one side, but I just slept on the other side. Would definitely stay here again!

I didn’t have any problems. The room was a tad small but definitely adequate for my needs! The view wasn’t much but I didn’t expect it to be since we were surrounded by buildings! Still an amazing stay!!!

Other than the room was sooooooo small we had to close the bathroom door to open or close the closet door or the door to the outside hall. We had to limbo under the television to get to the other side of the bed! It was a bit ridiculous

My second stay at club Quarter Central Loop, even better than the first. I got family and friends to stay here as well and everybody loved it. So convenient, walkable to so many major attractions, the river, and very close to our favorite German restaurant the Berghoff! Breakfast and other meals downstairs at Elephant and Castle all great. Stay here.

I wish I had caught the name of the young man who checked me in on May 1. I left my cane by the check-in desk, and by the time I reached my floor on the elevator, he was there with my cane.

In financial district so pretty dead at night. Restaurants close early but central and easily walkable ti many places (millennial park and north loop). Staff was great and reaponsive. Carpets seemed dirty and had to ask for a refrigerator. Gym was good, has a peloton. Great for the price but nothing too fancy.
