This is really good, no frills hotel in a great location. I say "no frills" because you don't pay a lot of money for extra stuff you would never use. Kinda more of a business hotel but good for any occasion. Clean, comfortable rooms that are well appointed (although a bit small). The 27th floor lounge has a fantastic deck looking over Lexington Ave that is really nice plus a great work area and coffee machine. One touch we really like was the hydration station on each floor and you could grab a free empy water bottle. Very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this place.

The hotel was satisfactory for a short break in New York. The location was great, with easy access to attractions downtown, and transport links to get around the city.
The room was okay, and beds comfortable, though the room was very noisy with the air conditioning and ventilation system loud throughout the night. The lack of a fridge in the room was frustrating.
The hotel was fine for a short stay, but nothing spectacular.

Overall a great experience at this hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for walking and easily accessible to the Subway. The water stations on each floor and lounge area is a great addition. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay was amazing as usual. The hotel stay always treat me as a VIP. I love that the rooms are clean, quiet and I always feel safe. When I come to do things in Times Square, I always stay here. Also, Bath and Body Works is around the corner and there are plenty of places to get something to eat like; Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts, and Subways, which is down the block and around the corner. Directly across the street is a deli store, Chinese restaurant and a Sushi restaurant. I love it! ❤️
