this hotel is very nice. the rooms are extremely roomy, clean and the bed is very comfortable. unline most hotels, the hvac unit works well also, keeping the room at the exact comfort level i set it too.

I’ve been coming here once a year since it opened and I can say it’s gotten progressively dirtier each time I visit. I stayed in a king suite and the glasses, silverware, etc were all gross and unclean. There is a thick film of dust on all surfaces not regularly cleaned. The carpet had numerous bits of dirt/crumbs. Beyond that, the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

We really liked this place, it was SO clean which seems rare these days for a hotel! The room was nice and spacious and very quiet. The hotel was pretty busy and we were right across from the pool and thought it might be loud but it was not! TV selection was great. The hot tub was very nice and hot! Pool was nice too. We enjoy drinks and soup at the restaurant and everything was very good. Cozy as well. The beds were firm, felt new, sheets were soft and lots of pillows. The room was just so nice and clean though. Very comfortable! The breakfast was very good, lots of hot items to choose from and great coffee! The breakfast room was clean and very comfortable as well. Location is great, near everything really. Hope we can stay again!

Breakfast was included and we found plenty to eat. so happy that the room had a bathtub since many hotels only have showers now. Only comment is that I have no problem with rooms not being cleaned daily, but hotels need to have larger garbage cans in the rooms now. Ours was overflowing, so we took garbage bags off of the carts to help clean the mess.

It was good. Elevator is pretty slow but that is nothing. Pool is small but also no big deal. Loud, rambunctious bunch of kids in the pool area and their coach or whoever he was was letting them pretty much do whatever they wanted but not the end of the world. Not the hotels fault.

The hotel was great. Clean, nice rooms, comfy beds, etc. The only thing that put a damper on our trip was the bunch of hockey families staying in the hotel for a tournament. Kids were running down the halls all night, being disrespectful in the pool and acting crazy, whcih made it difficult to also enjoy the facilities when they were in there
