Comfort Inn & Suites Ukiah Mendocino County

Very spacious room and relaxing.

We reserved an Accessible room to rest in after my total knee replacement surgery. We were shocked to find the Accessible room was on the 2nd floor, and there was a very very long hallway we had to traverse for the elevator. I was in so much pain after a couple of steps that I had to get my husband and my son to wheel me and my walker down the long hallway, into an elevator, and up to our room. Then my son had to push me up from behind while my husband pulled me up from the luggage trolley. But aside from that, we stayed four nights and I rested up in a quiet, comfortable room. I appreciated the Accessible shower. There were take out options nearby. The free breakfast is scrambled eggs (I think they’re powdered), make your own waffles (bring your own maple syrup if you’re a syrup snob like us-theirs is the fake stuff), pastry, cereal, etc. There’s a Starbucks next door. The tv left something to be desired for folks who have gotten used to streaming and few commercials. Bring your laptop to watch movies. It was an overall good experience.

Breakfast is very good even though coffee can be better. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Close to many restaurants, Costco, Walmart, etc.

Nice large room, very good beds, quiet, many restaurants across the parking lot and across the street, friendly helpful staff, reasonable price, right on the bike path into town.

Both the Hotel and room is clean & comfortable. Good value.

It was great

This hotel is super conveniently located off 101 and was a nice experience for myself and my children.

The hotel is convenient to get to, the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was nice and parking was good.

This was always our and our families go to for when we stayed in ukiah. The facility has majorly gone downhill recently and this last start is our last sadly. We will be starting up the street at holiday inn express. First room we got smelled horribly like dog and the carpet was terribly stained room 121. Front desk very nicely got us a different room upstairs that smelled decent but again the carpet was stained just not as bad. The breakfast was poorly executed. We went to breakfast just before 0900. The hot food area was depleted. No biscuits, bacon/sausage and couple pieces of egg. The peanut butter I used for my waffle was rock hard and separated in the little packets. Sorry comfort inn but you need to up your game or you’re gonna lose more business.

I had to change rooms due to a maintenance issue

Toliet too low- should be replaced. Shower spray not allow to sit on bench.

Staff very kind and helpful and quick to be available.

I appreciate that The staff are so friendly and helpful. You never have to look for a staff member. They’re always just Johnny on the spot to help. I am also very grateful that there’s seems to always be first floor availability, which is very helpful for me and truthfully, you have the best morning breakfast set up in town. Thanks again.
