property seemed to be in good condition... however, elevators were out of commission and very low hot water in bathroom....
front desk personnel did not know how to run our credit card for pet fee - tried 3 times - once trying to charge Expedia, once to charge my card without a $ amt and once with the $fee but not my name! The morning front desk person was able to clear that up! Obviously need better trained personnel.

Visiting relatives in area and we have stayed here before. Staff is slways very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean. Unfortunately the elevator was broken so we were on 2nd floor and walking up and down stairs for older folks is difficult. A good stay.

I liked the courtesy call made to me about the elevator not working to give a headsup. Everything in my room was great...even the temperature wasn't freezing...the staff was very professional

This place was great. Very clean and looks to be recently remodeled. Great stay. Comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was the coffee. They really need an upgrade. Travelers need a good cup of coffee in the morning. I didn’t mark down for this, everything else was wonderful.

Loved how clean and comfortable the rooms were. I wanted to take the bed and all the linens with me because they were so comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and when we had a concern they helped us figure it out and correct it. My grandchildren came to visit me and wanted to swim and that was a positive for sure. Next time i go back to visit my daughter I'll definitely come to Comfort Inn.
