The staff was great, as always. The stuff that I could bring up almost feels like nitpicking. The breakfast looked like it was just thrown together, because I’ve seen them so much better. There weren’t any towels in the pool area, even after we asked for some. None appeared until we were checking out the next day. Overall, the kids had a great time, and that’s what matters most

Went for bike week, my buddy and I had rooms next to each other that shared a large covered patio. It had two outdoor tables and 8 chairs. Loved it!

We arrived after 10pm which was supposed to be quiet time but kids were in the parking lot running around screaming and playing kickball. Hallways were also loud with running heard. Room was clean upon arrival. Breakfast was included but too crowded to get or enjoy. We had to take what food we did get to another area to enjoy. Staff just sat in door entryway. Probably would not do again due to crowd and noise.

The property itself was nice, my room 2018 Smelled horrible of cat urine.. even the cleaning lady agreed. She mentioned telling the boss the carpets needed cleaned. The water pressure in the shower was horrible, it took a long time to shower and wash hair. The first night (Thurs) hotel was quiet by 11 pm nothing other than usual hotel noise. Friday night there was no sleeping . Loud music blasting, kids running up & down the hallway, marijuana smoke coming under the room door. I called the front desk 3 times. The associate was nice but the crowd did not calm down until 4:30am and I was to be up at 6am for my daughter’s ball game. The location, breakfast options and hotel cleanliness was all good. But room 2018 and the crowd was less than reasonable . When checking out the associaties took my name and number for the manager to call me on Monday, of course that never happened .

The property was ok. Reasonably priced and what we needed. It was a bit dated and needed some upgrades. My biggest concern was the noise levels. There was a convention of some sort staying at our hotel and young adults were in and out all night long very loud yelling, talking and music. I called the Front Desk 3 times the one evening at 3:30am and had no luck reaching someone. I had to leave my room to knock on the neighbours door to be quiet. There should be a staff member at the front desk to field these issues.

Key did not work to get in room. Tv did not work. Called the desk, said they’d send someone. Waited 15 minutes, walked to front desk, was told someone would come- waited an additional 30 minutes. Next morning TV would not work, someone came, TV worked for 5 minutes, then nothing. Not relaxing. When I talked to the front desk, they acted like this was normal events. I had to ask for the manager and compensation for the multiple inconveniences. If it was 1 thing, but the multiple things was too much!!!!

My only complaint was when they charged my card twice and they told me i would have to wait till mid week next week because it's weekend, but it wasn't, it was Friday at the time.
