It was a great space for large groups and close to many great stores and restaurants. Only thing was not good, the VERY strong odor of a cleaning product.

Check in was slow 2 people waiting on the person in front of me. Issue at check in had to return to the front desk for the deposit. Card reader didn’t work for the deposit. Room key wouldn’t work either had to get a new one. Several parties happening in the breakfast area and the lobby. Pool was straight chlorine. Couldn’t breathe in the pool area. I didn’t even swim and my eyes were watering after 5 minutes. Kids stomping and yelling all night. It’s cool they have an area for smaller kids in the pool. However we would never return due to chlorine overage.

I booked my stay on Expedia for a Private hot tub in the room and fireplace. When I got to the hotel it was not available. Hotel says this was because Expedia gave me the wrong room. I took screenshots of the room when I booked it to be sure I was going to get the right room. The pictures on Expedia did not match the room that I got.

Check in was super friendly and easy, hotel was clean. Fridge in room was maybe working ??? Walls are paper thin and the temperature control is basically non-existent. If it works, it’s like trying to sleep in a jet engine, when it wasn’t running, we may as well have been hanging with our neighbors because we could hear them anyway. We needed the room for a place to sleep to avoid a 4:45am departure time for a volleyball tournament. Sleep we didn’t get. I was reminded that you truly do get what you pay for.

WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME, HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND STAFF VERY FREINDLY. POOL WAS A BIT COLD FOR US ADULTS BUT IT SEEMED KIDS DID NOT MIND. BEDS WHERE COMFORTABLE AND BREAKFAST HAD MANY CHOICES.
