Hotel was nice it’s just older needs a few updates. my kids loved the hotel.. the staff was so nice with towels for the pool.. breakfast was also pretty good..

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Your not in a safe area. Lots of crime and homeless. The hotel its self was horrible. Rude staff. Can't take your breakfast to your room, don't provide enough pool towels, Won't give pillows for the pull out couch. The pool is ice cold. Will never stay there again

Male front desk staff was rude and went from challenging whether or not the room and bathroom smelled to agreeing that the bathroom did have a scent and offering a 15% discount. Due to one of our guests sitting on the bed, as we figured out if we could tolerate the foot jam scent in the bathroom, we were told the room was "used" after 5 minutes of being in the room and there were "No other rooms available", maybe due to the rave outside of the hotel?Breakfast area was crowded with little to no room for seating but guests aren't allowed to take food outside of that room. Only hot item available at 8:30am was scrambled eggs. Room keys do not permit access to the pool, you have to ask an attendant at the front desk. Blood stains on curtains. I guess you get what you pay for. Will not be back.

Staff friendly and accommodating Nice job staff

Celebrating grand daughter birthday. Enjoyed pool, close to restaurant for dinner, extra sleeper sofa for kids and was helpful. Clean bathroom, great water pressure.

Pull out couch mattress had black crumbs in it, don't know what that was. Didn't have sheet or blanket for it, had to go and get some. Breakfast was advertised until 930. Got there at 9, and there was barely anything left. Lots of ppl still in there and they were not refilling, also the juice was shutoff so we couldn't get anymore of that. The pool closed at 10, but after 9 your keycard doesn't work anymore, had to be let in and had to keep letting people in. Also check out is at 11, but after 10 our card didn't work, got locked out of the room while taking stuff to the car and had to have cleaners open it back up. Its in a sketch area, motels in back of it and around it. Lastly no where on the website or on expedia did it mention a deposit. There was a 150$ deposit that I was not expecting. Overall the staff was nice, except for the front desk lady. But I would not stay here again.

Wish the pool was open earlier than noon like other hotels. Staff were very rude, juts having conversation was not very friendly. Our hotel room was never cleaned, trash was never emptied, never received new towels. Kept stating they didn’t have any. If we can have up to 5 people in our room, we should have enough towels for our family and also new towels as needed. Super inconvenient

Curtains broken could make the room dark Blow dryer in the room didn’t work Had to plug the tub with a rag so my kids could take a bath Staff could have been more friendly Pool hours shortened The front desk workers did the breakfast too so it wasn’t kept stocked the way it should have been Definitely wouldn’t stay again

The hotel room was dirty. There were chips on the floor. The carpet look like it hasn't swept in days in the room. Our sheets were dirty and one of bed sheet had holes in it. Dirty shoe inserts on the ground.

Staff was friendly. Although close to the highway it was quiet. Bed very comfortable. Condition of bathtub/shower needs update but functional. The shower had a musty smell. Breakfast was decent

Staff was kind and room was comfortable. The toilet seat needed repair and a dresser drawer was falling off the hinge. All other furniture in the room was good. We had a good stay here:)

Everything was good, the breakfast just basic

The drive up to the hotel was nithing more than a pothole filled alley. The room was "okay" but repairs looked like they had been done by an elementary kid. Breakfast was awful. The choices were there but even though we arrived ti eat just 5 minutes after breakfast opened, the food tasted like it had been out for 12 hours. Would not stay here again.
